Thanks so much guys for watching, I'm noting all the questions and we'd do a Q and A video to answer them all. This is the link to part 1 of how to buy a house step by step process, in case you have not watched it. ruclips.net/video/H6PMqSF3nnA/видео.html Thanks once again
I have some questions to ask with urgent answers please. 1) Is the 1000 added a public funds? 2) can a person with no public fund on the student visa open a LISA account ?
Tochi,I have a question for you and what is disturbing me seriously....the question is If I come to the UK alone as student, leaving my family of four behind,is it possible to pick them to the UK after a year or two, since I don't enough for them join me? Please your candid answer.
To think you guys achieved this Feat during the pandemic. You really inspire me. Thank you so much for sharing and revealing huge amount of information most people would rather not share. May God continue to bless you and lift you higher.
I love the energy you guyz possess...i know this didn't come cheap for you it must have been with a lot of sacrifices from you. I salute your determination and courage to pull through. I love the detailed explanations
Your husband is a good teacher if I must say, you both were very clear and simple in your explanation. I have moneybox and I'll go ahead with this. Thank you so much for being thorough.
Having a set goals as a family is a great idea which I have learned from you guys , you two are perfect match full of wisdom I wish you many more achievement mama♥️
That's was quite an amazing collective power of saving. Raising 16k in one in this country is not easy. Kudos to both of you. The 40 years age tag restriction to the ISA account is a barrier here
Wow! Congratulations 🎊🎈 I’m super proud of your achievement… it takes understanding, financial intelligence and absolute commitment to make this a reality …. Thanks for sharing, honestly I’m inspired 😊
thanks for this video, very detailed information..your hubby is a good teacher......i am sure saving 16k in that short while in the UK wasn't easy for you two......weldone dear
Again...thank you so much for this, for being so open and detailed. Truly learnt alot and gotten some clarity. I pray for God's continued blessings for you and your household ❤️❤️❤️
You can actually save more than £4000 a year into your ISA. But you only get 25% government bonus on the first £4000 which is a max of £1000. My first ISA was £15000 and it was £16143 by the end of the tax year.
We discussed only lifetime ISA, not ISA in general. Perhaps you misunderstood the context Everyone has a 20k ISA allowance but lifetime ISA has its peculiar conditions.
Ohh thanks so much for inspiring and motivating us the way to save money you are both a hardworking and a great couple I am so proud of guys thanks for sharing this important information stay blessed🙏🏾💞
Question: once we buy this house using the account money, can we sell that house if we get a good buyer? (or is there a limit to keep the house with your for at least XYZ number of years before you can sell it?) [thanks for informative video]
Thanks for the insightful video, saving is one aspect for the deposit is one aspect of buying the house. But to secure the mortgage, you have to be earning a certain amount to qualify for the mortgage.
Aunty tochi i have been waiting for you to post or tell us companies that are recurting and offering Visa sponsorship. I'm patiently waiting please try.
Really important to consider the fact that a lot of people come in through student visa route. Is this a possibility for such people? Hoping for an update on this. Thank you and this is a really great video, well done!!!
Hello guys, educative video it is. So if my husband is 40 now, does it mean we can't have separate savings this way? Or is there another opportunity to have same or similar approach?
Congratulations sis I really got motivated watching this I wanted to open a joint account with my husband but this is a better idea. Please what bank so that I can research more.
Hi tochi how are you doing? I love your advice and update. You make me realize there can be something good in the UK. Thanks to you I attempted applying for a job for my husband so we can relocate to the UK also for myself as I am in the medical field so NHS might require my service
Congratulations on your new house. Please quick question, so do you advise after buying your first house and you are not interested in saving till you are 50yrs, can you close the account?
Hello this is really eye opening. I really wish I had met you early enough. Well everything has its purpose. Thank you so for bringing to us such information. Please if I put in 8k in January 2022 will I be eligible to have 2k by March 2022 or it must be by the end of 2023 March. Because I really want to get my house as well
Thanks for watching. We're aware of those dates, we Just used April and march as a guide. If you listened well we mentioned 5th of April at some point in the video
There is even no need for that correction, very negligible difference. We can just focus on the main lesson. I have a similar account and I know the bank will tell u when the financial year starts and ends.
@@StarInc7 hi, not sure why you are seeing my comment from a totally negative angle. There was definitely the need to put that correction out there, sorry. This is information being shared and people will place reliance on it..the tax period is a strict window and I know people who have made massive financial mistakes just by not knowing the length of this window (having filed loads of tax returns as an Accountant). It is also very important for people to know that it runs till 5th April because those extra 5 days can mean a lot to someone who would wish to still deposit in a Lisa (in this instance) and not sit and rely on the fact that he /she missed the deadline because of the idea that it runs till March end. Not everyone takes time to go online and check on these things so if we are giving out information, we just do so accurately. My comment was not meant to take away from the video, but to just add on…how negative was that ?
How did you build your credit score? What if you are over 40 years of age. It would be helpful to know about people with bad credit. Tochi thank you. What job can you do to save 4k with family life in the uk.
Tochi nwa nnem, thanks for this awesome video.sorry to deviate from the topic.am a wife and a mother of three planing to relocate. I watched a video recently and the lady said she had to shorten her Nigerian name so she could get a job.did that happen to you?
