I'm so glad you checked this one out. I love how much fun they have with this.
If you ever check out any of those "top 50 hololive songs from the past week" compilations you'll see a lot of Okayu. She's one of the best singers in Hololive. The compilations tend to only give about 10 seconds per song, so it doesn't take as long as you might think and might be a good way to find stuff you're interested in checking out the full versions of. Then again, I'm sure your viewers will probably just recommend all those songs to you eventually anyway.

This is such a fun video no matter how many times you watch it. They are always vibing hard together and it's just enjoyable to watch.
Okayu and Korone have a cover together, Hyadain no Joujou Yujou (the 2nd OP of Nichijou) which is a lot of fun. Other than that, Korone's Love Trial is a very popular cover of hers, Okayu has a lot of amazing covers and her original song Mogu Mogu Yummy which came out earlier this year. To mention some covers to react to Flos, Otome Kaibou and Fuwa Fuwa Time, but they're all great, like you'd imagine.

What you said about Okayu being insecure about her voice was true, she did not like her voice before she started streaming, because of how low it is, there is an easy to find short clip on youtube on this subject.
Then people told her they liked listening to her, she tried some singing streams, with even better feedbacks, the more people were praising her, the more she grew to like her own voice.
So yeah, she's perfectly fine as of today, Okayu and her velvet-y voice.

Probably my favorite tidbit about okakoro singing 'if' by DA PUMP is that later during a celebration stream of okayu's (I can't recall what the celebration was) okayu started singing 'if', and suddenly korone joined in and they revealed she had been sitting behind okayu the whole stream being totally quiet waiting for the song
