Tammie thank you so much for the comment! After the first hip surgery my Dad was a new man! The second one got infected and that's why he needs a cane/walking sticks now. In any case he's still up and moving and we all loved getting outside together, Paco not so much hahah xo Alex

I so enjoy other people's pix of their snow. Yup, yup, yup. Very pretty. I don't mind being cold, but reaching into my freezer for ice cubes is about as far as I go - ever since I was savagely attacked by a #$%ing rope tow. Broke my shoulder and jaw going UP the danged hill.
I love your parents, Alex. They're such troupers! I see where you get your humor, sweetness and pluck. (Another old folks' word.) Thanks to you and them for sharing such a gorgeous and entertaining outing. (PS - I love Paco's boots!)
Omg tow ropes are the worst!!! We heard another story of a guy with permanent brain damage from one. Scary!!! We avoid those as much as possible. Glad your recovered physically and at least they are easy to avoid in daily life lol thank you so much for the parental love!! Hope you're having an fn'a day!! Xo
@@FnAVanLife For 10 years my shoulder had a waaayyyy better record for predicting rain than any of the tv weatherguys. And my dad went to his grave reminding me that I was the first family member in at least 3 generations to break a bone.

Well this is going to be a Google search for me lol. They did amazing on the snowshoes and we all really enjoyed our experience there. ❤️
Love the channel! Can you do a van update as to the things you like about the build, things you don't, things you wish you added now that you have gone on all these adventures? We are mid build of our van and luckily we are going on trips and find out our original plan was not the preferred plan and have changed our layout quite a bit. But we always like to hear from other van lifers on things like "this thing/layout choice really came in handy when we were doing X."

So beautiful out there. A winter wonderland and fresh powder out there. I have question. What socks do you wear to keep your feet warm for the cold weather? The only thing on my body that get the coldest is always my feet.
I have notice when I was in Yellowstone and it was really cold, I couldn't see my breath. I was like that is weird. I have to look that up why that is.
We normally wear snowboarding socks. Or some really good wool socks. Just have to keep your feet dry before going out in the cold and they should stay warm. Yeah I like to move lmao.

You got a few mountains near by get yourself to some snow. It's always crazy to hear that but I have quite a few friends in Florida that never seen snow.

I used to love sunshine until they introduced a proof of Vax garbage. I'll be going to Lake Louise from now on.
