SPF blocks the vit d so as a daily approach I feel it’s better to avoid the sunscreen chemicals and get sun on your bare skin early morning or late afternoon when the sun is safe for the vital vit d, and Avoid the sun in middle of day. Also, if you do sunscreen ensure it’s mineral based.
