Hey Kyle, did a little research on Joe Brodowski for you. Joseph F. Brodowski was born 3/16/1916 and died 12/11/1998. He lived in Vassar, Tuscola, Michigan and is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Vassar. I’ll see what else I can find on him for you. I’m sure he has family in Vassar and that would be a great family heirloom if you would be willing to sell it or part with it. Enjoy your channel buddy!
I did find more on him. He was married to Florence Mae McNeal Brodowski who died in 2010. They married in Steuben Indiana in 1941. Since her death is not that old her obituary is probably online.
@@WILDKYLE I believe they had a son named Joe Brodowski who is still living in Saginaw MI. I found his current info online but out of respect for him I will not post it in comments but it is easy to locate him.
@@WILDKYLE, hey buddy I’m doing all you are up here in Md on the SOMD cliffs with Miocene and Paleocene time period, also with Native American locations as well. We should hook up sometime we could go to a hot spot for meg’s Also I wanted to tell you about a friend selling his property in Alabama soon and has creeks throughout, and has not been lived on in decades. I know I’m more than welcome to go hunt, and would be cool to do a hunt on your show lol Much love brother and keep on keep’in on If your interested please feel free to hit me back, but I don’t have any social media so if you are interested we can exchange info and talk better!
That's a lamprey! Super cool! They're parasitic they attach to other fish like a leach. Super primitive they have gill holes like a shark. I've never seen one in the wild before!
Hey Kyle, this is "sass safrass" fellow rock lover and creek walker. Do believe the funnel looking dodad is from an old tin gas can. The pour spout. My pap was born in 1913 and had a bunch in the garage when I was growing up. Hope u had fun. I love it up there in the u.p. maybe one day u can visit the gitchee gumee agate museum in st Maris, and talk to the lady about the old copper mines. She knows some ppl that have claims out there. And the old mines always have interesting old bottles lying about and dumped. Not to mention the malachite azurite and other secondary minerals in those old mines. Good luck with everything!
I live in FL, love yalls content. Keep up the great work. I have potentially an Indian relic sight behind the vast property behind my house. There are mounds, I respect and stay away from the mounds but know they’re there. I will never disturb or disrespect them. You are always very respectful. Keep up the great work sir.
Love it when you two are hunting in the river! Great finds. Creepy dolls/ doll parts follow you everywhere Kyle. Thanks for sharing. Absolute positive vibes.
Yes, Kyle seems to attract creepy dolls, or is it the other way around? 😅 I collect vintage linens; in my searches, I've seen some pretty creepy dolls!
You take us on the best adventures! I truly enjoyed this one, watching the bottles underwater was a unique perspective. I saw the pinned comment about Mr. Brodowski...that is super cool! Have a wonderful week Kyle! Thanks again for a very enjoyable video!
Hi Kyle, I love learning from you, especially about fossils. But I gotta tell you, no matter how clear Michigan's waters may look, You couldn't get me to stick my face in it. I suppose that goes for any unknown body of water. To many pollutants where dumped into so many of Michigans waters during the 1960s and 1970s. I am glad to see your wearing a wet suit and gloves though. I walk rivers in my own state but with waterproof waders, gloves to protect from getting cut, and use a grabber to pick up items. I detect and collect. Well, I pretty much take anything I am able to lift up out of the water, especially if it is a known swimming spot. Glad to see you found so many cool finds. My favorite is the green bottle. Keep on keeping man!
Wild Kyle, you can tell the age, sex, species, of about 10 different prehistoric sharks, but a few car parts has you stumped... love your channel and your spirit
Junk- One man's junk is another man's treasure. I was born in Battle Creek Michigan. The body shop sign is an EPIC sign Kyle! Most likely one of a kind! Super cool! Great video, look forward to the next one!!
So I didn’t see your sub count and didn’t look at view count but about 5 minutes in I’m like this is just great! Then of course I then see I’m not the only one 50k plus subs and great views. Best thing about RUclips is the people pick and they are usually not wrong. Great content.
Agree, live in Michigan and couldn't believe the junk!, I would have been leary about the pollution too. I metal detect and even though I don't find value each time i get rid of alot of junk! Happy hunting
I stand in awe at how you have grown, grasshopper 😂 do you see the voice that you have become and the love you gave being returned? It gives me chills. ❤
About 11:34, the rubber tube goes to the inside of a stainless milker from a dairy farm. About early 60’s to mid 70’s. They had to be cleaned twice a day after milking cows. I never seen one used as an oil funnel because oil eats rubber as someone suggested before.
Thanks for sharing the adventure, sir. Really cool sign. I know those can be really collectible. Especially if they can be linked to known historical events. Pretty sweet!
I always love what you find everywhere you go. You got some awesome finds as you always do. Loved the video. Yes, go back and do some more hunting there. See what else you can find.
Those were all some really cool finds! That aign you dound was awesome and then the article that your friend found that mentions that specific body shop in it, is just wild! I would love to see a follow up about the sign and to see it after you got it cleaned up a bit! Just really cool stuff and its awesome the things you find in these creeks and rivers! Thanks Kyle! And i love the new album! Its awesome!
Hey Kyle. I can't believe I met you at DG in Centreville Mi. of all places and we were talking about this very video. Lol! Can't wait to do some fossil hunting with you. Your new friend Gil
I look forward to your videos every week! You know I was thinking. ....since you make glasses out of some...why not do a collection of the old bottle top varieties just smooth the bottoms like you do the glasses. They would stand and display nicely..... just a thought...oh and the big square thing with the cable was an old car or boat battery.. 😊😊😊😊
Every time I get a notification that WILDKYLE has uploaded, I get so happy! You have inspired me to start a bottle collection of my own. You’re my favorite RUclipsr and you never fail to put a smile on my face.
Great video. I could feel the fun you were having. Great teasures found! My only complaint is that same music playing over and over. Thank goodness the level of sound was more appropriate than most videos I've watched with music! Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!
Woah! Decorah, Iowa!!! I grew up 20 miles from there! Great place to find Devonian aged fossils too! I’ll be up at the end of July/first week if August.
Another cool video. You should collect and sell the non-embossed bottles that are good. I'm sure they would sell to those who paint bottles and put in them the fairy lights

michigander here and I just have to say that this looks like it could take place just across the road from me. Now I want to go see if anything is in the creek/river near me.
At about 18:10 you're cleaning off a green bottle. Looks like you're standing on a manhole cover. Looked pretty ornate also. As the great Daffy duck once said "Polished up it'll bring a quick two bits on the open market". If you think you can go back and find it
@WILDKYLE they sure are! Don't want to have one latch on to your leg! And what an incredible sign! I wonder if Joe still has relatives living in the area and what business is at the old shops location now!?!
@SonOfVulkan they have found their way in through the St Lawrence River and are slowly spreading throughout the great lakes. But quite possibly, they are in these rivers spawning!

I love old bottles. What a cool spot. The playboy vhs 🤣🤣🤣 I would’ve freaked out when I found that sign. I need Rivers like this.
Great video, some interesting finds in that river, That sign is fabulous, I don't think that was an eel, it looked more like a lamprey.

Always awesome Kyle!! Living vicariously thru these videos!!! Love you dearly!💜💜💜
I wish I could collect more too but they take up so much space hahaha!

Awesome job Kyle 👍🤓👍. Awesome finds of the Michigan bottle's.
Another very entertaining video! 👏👏👏💖 Thank you
Kind of sad that we are so ignorant about keeping our rivers clean! Keep on picking Wildkyle! 😊
I agree why do humans insist on destroying the life blood of the earth
You think dirty rivers are bad you should google “ Space Debris ” and you’ll see how ignorant we really are to pollute the solar system 😂

Lol. I have created and entire story in my head by the things you found there today. Guns playboy, liquor, body shops. Grats on the finds
Awesome finds!!!!
That sign was a once in a lifetime find. Definitely the only one left. Might have been a pair ??? 👍
It's exciting when an enamel sign is found whole and yours is two-sided! Can't wait to see it cleaned up. :-)
Just finished the video. Loved all the finds!
Thanks so much brother! We had a good day!
@@WILDKYLE I can see that!
Them Saginaw bottles are awesome!

Love the Creek bottle videos!!
Awesome video Kyle, keep em coming!
Awesome sign! ❤️❤️😃
oh baby! I'm here for this!!!
Hope you enjoy the video my friend!

Weird fish is a Lamprey, nice find !
They are so cool!
Fun fact: MI sent lampreys, which are an invasive species here, to England for King Charles to have in a pie at his coronation.
As always you took us on a great adventure ❤❤❤❤
Awesome find on the sign
Luck is in the air brother! Not doin bad myself lately.
I saw some of your crazy finds lately! Glad the luck is going around!
7:00 a Lamprey, the fish equivalent of a giant leech! 😂
Mystery item... Battery
That block was an old car battery I believe. The holes is where you poured water in
My thoughts exactly. A 6 volt car battery.
Acid was in the battery. Not water.
The green bottle, so cool.
Would love to see the sign all cleaned up...even better, a video on HOW to clean filthy porcelain signs.
I'm not sure if I know how yet but I'm gonna find out 😂
I live in Michigan and I’m hoping that sometime before the end of this video you will mention which river this is. 😊
Nice hunt and finds!
At 4:53 that's an old car battery.
Car battery at 4:52
That looks like part of a crosscut saw! Cool!
You all should do magnet fishing there, too! Great sign.
What happened to the mammoth find from your trip with Cris recently?
I wanna go. This looks like so much fun.😊
I sure enjoy our adventures ❤️

michigander here and I just have to say that this looks like it could take place just across the road from me. Now I want to go see if anything is in the creek/river near me.
That box around the 5 minute mark is an old 6 volt automotive battery
Looks like a funnel or for yard hose?
Somebody will buy that sign! Double sided enamel, sweet!

Have you come up my way to the Keweenaw treasure hunting? So awesome to find things
Sign is cool find! Maybe ck for relatives!
It's Americana music!💜💜💜🎶🎶🎶
That's a lamprey. They have crazy teeth filled mouths that suction themselves to fish and eat them.
They are so wild looking!
@WILDKYLE they sure are! Don't want to have one latch on to your leg! And what an incredible sign! I wonder if Joe still has relatives living in the area and what business is at the old shops location now!?!
It's probably come inland to breed ❤❤❤😂

@sleighridefishing9027 with how, specifically, the Sea Lampreys life cycle works (im fairly confident thats a sea Lamprey) its only purpose is to breed in fresh water gravel beds
Metal detector or pin pointer would have been nice there. Bet you would have found a coin or 2
Gotta get myself a good underwater detector!
Cool topless car battery! 😅
Was your river hunt in Saginaw? You sure found a lot of finds (bottles, brick) from Saginaw!
11:07 My guess is tip of old funnel
Reminded me of a firehose nozzle.
At 4:54 - a 12V car battery
At 6:41 - a Lamprey Eel (should have taken out of the river.) It is an invasive species that destroys Michigan fish.
The big boxy thing at 5 minutes - could it be an old car battery?
That seems to be the consensus now!
So what do you do with the glass you don't want leave it in the water from the looks ???
@ 4"58 it looks like an old car battery with the six caps all removed...if it's made of plastic. If it's metal, I haven't a clue.
I love u kyle i watch all of ur video and i found a lot of bottles and i found one 1800s bottle
Dude, spent yesterday in the Muskegon river. Nothing to find but more than once I thought , if wild Kyle was here he would find the goods. Hahaha
Ahhh I'm surprised you didn't find anything! Keep on trying! I've had that river on my radar but have not checked it out yet.
@@WILDKYLE the river is crazy shallow, clear and clean might be your time to check it out.
It wouldn't be a Wild Kyle video without finding a doll part in a river or creek. 😂
Im wondering if when the tornadoes came thru back in 1953, i think, when they were cleaning up, they just dumped everything into the rivers.
