The shopping cart scene was an actual court case in the UK that got all the way to the top. Eventually the House of Lords decided that as the supermarket has ownership it temporarily lends the carts and food etc to the shopper until they pay. Which is the point it officially becomes theirs. Which means that you have a form of ownership over the items in the cart. So taking it from someone else is theft. As the owner has given permission to the shopper to have those items in their possession but not the person who takes the cart. Kinda like if you lent a person a pencil at school, then someone else stole it from them, you might be able to get it back because you didn’t give it to the person who stole it.
That, and someone has invested their time selecting items for their shopping trolley. People's time is worth something. You can't just 'take' the fruit of their efforts like that.
@@PatriciaSigaki Yeah, I saw that too. It wouldn't only have been temporary theft of a cart, but an actual robbery because her purse was still in there.
It's funny when you realize that with the prices going up and wages going down anyone will be lucky to have a motor of any kind. plus you're lucky to even have any public transport since mixed use areas are banned and public transport serves so few people in so few cities. We're completely car dependent and obese from driving all over the place but the car manufacturers planned it all that way.
A boyfriend I had told me that in a scenario like these when someone’s going off and cussing at you the best way to get at them is to stay calm, refrain from using profanity, and act respectful.. because it makes THEM look even more idiotic.. and it pisses them off… I agree lol
It kinda happened to me once. I feel bad now because the girl was pregnant at the time, but at the same time, we were in our Health and Social Care class, teacher made a question about Alzheimer and dementia, she (who worked with elderly with alzheimer and dementia) answered one thing, I answered another, and though the teacher literally said we both were right (or she was wrong, I can't remember, but I remember my answer was completely right and valid), she started yelling at me and arguing that, in short, I was wrong she was right. I just kinda sat there staring at her and calmly explaining why I answered the way I did until her friend literally yelled at her to shut up. I feel bad now, but I have to admit that on the day I was really annoyed because that was completely unnecessary, especially since the teacher said I wasn't wrong or anything, and I was very polite whilst answering her question. Literally did nothing to her and she just started yelling at me. I feel she might be a Karen now.
Love you hun, you posting the exact moment where I finish being a mom, putting my girl to bed and start being a woman that likes to laugh. Thank you so much from a single mom from the middle East.
You are a woman even when your kids are around. Dw I know what you mean. Having kids feels like you lose yourself. I have to remind myself everyday that I can still be me with mine. It helps me feel a bit better. Love from London x
I’ve have a scenario like the first cart clip happen, when I worked at a grocery store. I was pushing a cart around (which was abandoned in the middle of the store full of groceries) to put away everything that was inside of it. A middle aged woman came up to me and asked if I was using the cart, I guess she couldn’t find one. (When there were hundreds of them outside). I told her “yes I am. I’m putting away the stuff inside of it.” She then noticed I was wearing a name tag, and proceeded to grab the cart from my hands. She launched it onto its side, throwing everything that was inside of it all over the floor, breaking whatever glass was inside the cart. when she lifted it again, she then looked me straight in the eye and said “well it looks like you’re done with it now. Thank you.” And tried to walk off with it. I yanked the cart back from her, and brought it up to the front where my manager was and told them what just happened. The Lady was banned from the grocery store for purpose destruction of property or something like that. And of course I had to clean the mess she made. I wanted to shove her ugly ass face in it.
@@hellowendy1029 yeah well it was my first job and I was only like a month in so I didn’t have my full adult voice yet. But if they did that now, they would meet the floor face first then the curb ass second
@@pastellina5806 That's very true. I put up with all kinds of bs as a teenager in my first jobs! I probably wouldn't have been brave enough to take them to the manager like you did!
@@hellowendy1029 I also hated my manager so I thought “hey why not give this bitch Karen over to my just as bitchy manager and let them tussle about it.” You could hear the both of them screaming at each other all the way at the other end of the store. But believe me when I tell you this wasn’t as bad as when my first week at work someone pooped down the whole of the dog food isle
The shopping cart incident was a deja vu moment for me. LOL Many decades ago, when they first implemented the insertion of a loonie in the cart to unchain and liberate one for use, my ex-husband and I were shopping at Save On Foods in west Edmonton. We had just made bail on the cart, were in the fruit aisle, and placed two items in the child seat area: bananas and grapefruit. I went to get salad makings leaving him with the cart. He turned his back to the cart, picked up green peppers, turned back to put them in the cart and it was gone. Vanished. I heard him yell "I've just been carted!" Never found the cart or the culprit and the store replaced the loonie to secure a new one because he was so upset. Still makes me laugh today.
I once had a Karen steal my FULL shopping cart, pick out the things she didn’t want, THROW THEM ON THE FLOOR (including a carton of eggs), and walk off. I was too stunned to stop her.
TBH.......I don't see how all of these are BOTH Karen's. Looks more like one is the actual Karen and the other person is just fighting against the Karen. Sometimes, you just gotta get dirty with a Karen. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My thoughts exactly, seems like now if you even argue with a Karen and get angry or even defensive ( which by the way is normal human nature when someone is being aggressive towards you) instead of being nice and passive, you are now labeled a Karen. 🙄
The stealing plants one: The one stealing the plants was a Karen. The other one was calling her out for stealing! Might not be that person's property but if I saw someone stealing from my neighbor, I'd get mad too!
For real, it's just the right thing to do. Like, plants can be tough to maintain, I'm sure that person has worked hard to make them that lovely. It's very kind of that neighbor to stop someone from ruining that hard work.
This just happened at Wal-Mart last night 😂 a Karen on a riding cart tried to just go out the doors without paying! Said they owed her for even coming in there.
@@MidnightAndLuna Happens everywhere there are people. Target doesn't have better people in it. Just terrible people with a lil more money and worse taste. (The richer you get, the uglier your stuff gets.)
When I lived in an apartment complex, a Karen smeared dog crap onto the driver door handle of my Jeep. I just climbed in the passenger side and hosed it off once I got to work. I think having to pick up random dog poop at the dog park and rub it on someone's vehicle was more punishment for her than me. She didn't have a dog, I hope it was from the dog park lol
You hope that was dog poop. You said she didn't have a dog, and she's batty enough to smear poop on your handle to begin with. What's to say it wasn't hers?
Do you realize how many diseases and parasites that wretched woman exposed you to?? You could have become sick enough to be hospitalized. I hope you reported her. God bless.
Today I learned that two Karen’s arguing is EXACTLY like a couple of little kids fighting. “No you started it! No you! No you! NO YOU! OK KAREN! OK KAREN! OK KAREN!” It’s the exact same tactics to win an argument, just repeat yourself over and over yelling over the other person.
I have a theory about these Karen vs Karen videos. Most people just give in to Karen's because they don't want to deal with them. Companies given to them, their families given to them, almost no one stands up to them. Their family KNOWS there's no point in arguing with her because she will never take responsibility, she will never believe she is in the wrong, it's like trying to have a civilized discussion with a lamp. And their temper tantrums are so dramatic that it's literally just not worth it to family and companies. So the only tactics Karens know how to use to get their way is to start yelling, start calling people names, start crying, and since most people give in at that point they don't know what to do when faced with someone who doesn't, except get louder and more dramatic. So they keep going round in circles until one of them ends up throwing themselves on the ground or they are pulled away by their reasonable family members. It's like the circle of life only with bad haircuts and more screeching.
I tried recently to give my seat to an older lady. She then accused me of being ageist!! I was surprised and notably shocked as she told me to mind my manners!! So I went and sat back down in the seat… Other people on the bus laughed at her for being so nasty about it and then she said she was reporting everyone for attacking her.. It turns out she’s younger than me! I honestly wouldn’t have known and I’m sure she has no idea 🤷♀️ But funny in retrospect 😂
I mean, sometimes I just give my seat to someone else, not necessarily because they're older or a woman or anything 😂 she was probably pretty insecure about her age/looks to begin with
Oh lord. That’s the thing today. Everybody’s an -ist. Asinine. I saw a college student offer her subway seat to a blind man. He went off on her for five stops.
What about the women who you think they are pregnant when they are not pregnant, or the pregnant women who do not look pregnant. Brain logic and reason having a conversation "oh no is she pregnant, or just fat?" "I think she likes her food too much." "No what if I am wrong and she is carrying sextuplets."
If a Karen takes your grocery cart, follow her around the store throwing random things into the cart when she's not looking. Either she'll give up and walk away or even better you can add random embarrassing items and watch her reaction at the register.
The whole being nosy while watching these fights reminds me of this one time my family was having a party and at the exact same time, my neighbor was being arrested. So the entire party was on our deck trying to act natural as we tried to get in on the tea.
These folks make me appreciate just an uneventful boring trip to the store as a boring uneventful guy. They honestly make me wonder if they are on drugs or need to be on drugs... I can never tell.
Yes. I love my mundane repetitive trips to the grocery store where nothing happens. To me anyway!!! I feel bad when I see others being treated poorly!!!
This was SO painful. I own a business with a retail store and over the past 20 years, I have interacted with so many people like these. Not all are Karens. Some are Kyles. One time a woman claimed to have brought a power cord with her computer (we always send people home with their peripherals and only accept the actual equipment for repair) and to calm her down, I had my coworker just give her a power cord for free (we have boxes full of those) and the woman proceeded to call the police because we gave her a cord that was of a different color than the one she claimed to have brought in. Another time, a man didn't take a no when we said that we don't fix stereos. He dumped his thing on the floor, sat down, and said that he won't leave until we took it in for service. My business partner just let him sit there. After a while he said that he would make the police make us help him. He called the cops and waited for them to show up. Then he was shocked when the officers asked him to leave. I felt so bad for the poor cops. They tried so hard to be nice. My cow-irkers and I could literally spend hours telling about these experiences.
A lady recently here in Phoenix got a choked to death on a city bus! Sometimes the argument is not worth it! Once I was on my way to work and this kid got on the bus and just smelled like weed so strong, and it was before it was legal here… We had to wait for the cops. I literally took a picture of the police on the city bus and send it to my supervisor and said I’m gonna be late!
I’ll be honest, my sister always fought at the pumpkin patch. If she thought the pumpkin i picked was the tiniest bit ‘better’ than hers, she would start raising her voice, crying, screaming at me and my parents…she would say my parents didn’t love her as much as me because I got the better pumpkin. SHE PICKED IT! My mother let us get whichever one we wanted, no exceptions. It didn’t stop there though. She would start yelling at the other kids and adults if they looked like their pumpkin was better. She’d walk right up to them and say ‘excuse me, that’s my pumpkin’. When they’d tell her it wasn’t she snapped. Then it would take my mom a few minutes to wrangle all of us up to get us out of there while she apologized for the situation to anyone standing within earshot. Now you’re might be thinking this sounds like a spoiled, entitled toddler/child no more than 5 or 6yo, but my beautiful, wonderful and loved little sister behaved like this until she was a teenager! I couldn’t have a better sister than I do. I love her more than almost anyone…but she’s indisputably a little cray cray 😆 and I think she’s perfect just the way she is (mind you, she no longer has entitled, spoiled public outbursts). To be honest, I think she and I should send our mom a card saying sorry for making you regret motherhood all these years 🤣
I met a Karen at a big box store. She and her husband were blocking the whole aisle, deciding on a purchase. I was waiting patiently behind them. No dirty looks or anything from me. She looked at me and made a snide remark. I looked at her and said: "I didn't even say anything to you, I'm just waiting for you to be done". I really think some people go out loaded for bear, trying to provoke others.
Karens trive on attention and they will crate trouble just to get it, they are always going looking for how to create drama and trouble... Best is to ignore them and just walk away.
For the video about Karen stealing plants, she was stealing plants rooted in the lady's garden, but the stem was outside. So yes, she was stealing, and the full video is beautiful, the lady is so passive-aggressive, it's a work of art
I can't understand why any normal human being would waste their time by arguing with a Karen. They all exhibit symptoms of Paranoia. Just keep that video rolling & turn it in with a formal complaint to local police. Karen vs Karen is poetic justice !
In all honestly, because I’m bored and it’s fun to watch them be argued into a corner. A thing Karen’s like to do to people who don’t fight for themselves. So yeah I’ll stand up for myself I ain’t no pushover!
It does seem to be a pointless waste of time. But, if they are actually doing something like taking your things it's harder to walk away. I don't know if people are getting worse or if they are the same but it's now being recorded so we see it more, but man those were some wackadoodle people, lol.
Two Karens backed down from fighting or calling me names because i would just approach them silently. step by step. ^_^ SILENCE IS GOLDEN 🤣 it eliminates karens
My favourite Karen experience was when I was pregnant with my son we went to a DIY store to get paint for his room. Well this Karen walks in and starts going off at the cashier because she wanted to return some paint... That she ordered on line with no proof of what store so they couldn't refund her. Anyway she was going full Karen swearing and shouting calling the poor girl dealing with her. She called her all the names she could think of and from no where a young guy walks over and basically tells Karen to f**k off, he got in her face and was standing up for the cashier after a few minutes Karen walks out the shop and waits for the guy to leave and go to his car. She followed him to the car and spat something on his car. She was then grabbed by someone else and was held until the police came 😂😂😂 edit in our house we call her paint pot Karen 😂
Ah yes, Karen's worst nightmare: Karen. Thanks Charlotte for always posting your content. It's always a delight right before I go into work. You and your team always bring a smile to my face, and I love starting my day with laughter. Stay safe during these crazy times ✌️
I love that we've gotten to a place where you can call someone every explicative in the book and no one bats an eye but you call them "Karen" and they will have a complete meltdown.
The crazy lady in the red shirt took time out of her day to pull over, park (badly), get out and harass those women who were just standing there with a flag... They're living rent free in her head now, love it.
I mean… the trumpet crowd doesn’t just stand with the flag, they usually are doing SOMETHING - chanting slogans, or holding rallies, something! So, they were definitely NOT “just standing there with their flag”
@@phastinemoonyou mean exercising their first amendment rights? Funny that it’s okay when your lot protests by burning shit down and vandalizing property.
As an aunt I was really excited to take my niece and nephew to a pumpkin patch. My niece was born in 2020 so we finally got to go this past fall (2021). My sister and her husband were laughing so hard when we got there. SO many "influencers" all over without kids putting on full photoshoot vibes. It was so weird lol. Luckily everyone seemed chill though. Could def see people fighting over photos/pumpkins. This is the world these kiddos are growing up in. Oy!
When a Karen encounters another Karen there is a Higg's field collapse. The wave of devastation travels at the speed of light so most of the damage is localized to just the local galaxy.
A few months ago, I was in my university library when I had the oppertunity to come across 2 Karens in the wild. It was the most amusing argument, since one of them was a Karen that refused the Idea of masks and the other was a Karen that thought everything is infected and you shouldn't remove them 24/7. They ended up calling the police on each other. I was so invested that I had a hard time to leave
@5:50 As a fellow vegan, it always makes me DIIIIEEEE when people use our diet as an insult/get radically upset about it. Like eating vegetables is this heinous act lmao
Not vegan really haven't got a problem with how people choses to live, without noticing i have found I actually eat less meat ect . What I object to is people telling me I shouldn't eat meat or even eat dairy the person really got in my face ! she had a bunch of carrots in her trolley and I said "can you hear that those poor carrots are dying they were living happily in the ground till they were picked for your dinner yes plants are living things till they are picked " the look on her face was priceless while she digested what I said she just turned and walked away 😁😁😁
Not a vegan, but I also find it quite obnoxious when veganism is used as an insult. It makes positivitly no sense, and serves only to make the person saying it look 100x more ignorant than they already did… not that the woman in the video needed help in that area, but ya know… wadda ya gonna do, eh? 🤷♀️
Not a vegan, but my best friend is, and I've always been absolutely fascinated with how OUTRAGED people get about her dietary choices/restrictions. She's never made her diet anyone else's problem, always brings her own food or eats ahead of time, and never judges anyone who eats differently than her, and yet people get so angry! Who cares what other people cram into their face holes lmaoooo
Right! They were both ridiculous, fighting over a frozen fowl, but the one commandeering the other's cart was over the top. She literally said, "It's MY cart NOW!" like a toddler
@@LazyIRanch It looked like the older lady was trying to grab the frozen turkey from her and then tried to take her cart. I don’t see the younger woman doing anything Karen’ish. She was fending off a bully. 🤷🏻♀️
@@pennPi I had to go back and watch again, you're right. She was standing her ground and Karen took it to another level! I admire her for standing up to a bully. I need to get better at that. I'm dealing with one right now who has nothing better to do than lie about me on Facebook to others in our small community of about 300 people. Instead of standing up for myself, I just stopped posting or even looking at FB. I feel like I shouldn't have to dignify her ridiculous crap with any response, but unfortunately now people who have never met me have negative opinions of me based on this bully. Her name is actually Karyn, btw!
I was at the market the other day. This older guy cut the line in self check out. The lady next in line started screaming at him. He told her to grow up Karen. She said this isn't kindergarten learn to wait in a line like an adult 🤣
I’m having a shit life right now. Called my dr for my mental wellness issue and I watch you. Thanks Charlotte for helping realize my life is not so shitty. Really, thank you for what you do.
When I was a child, I saw a child who was crying out for their mother (M1) to pick up this fairly large pumpkin that had a huge brown patch on it but it was really round and the other half looked beautiful. She wasn't able to carry it very well though, so she put it down after a few steps and asked her husband to help her. Another woman (M2) came up and tried to snatch it, saying their child saw it first. M1 sat on the pumpkin and said that she very clearly had this pumpkin first. M2 said argued she was lying and that it didn't matter since she couldn't even pick it up. There was a huge argument and while they were arguing i spotted a perfectly round, huge pumpkin with no bruises or rough patches. I told M1's husband about it, he picked it up and asked me if I was sure. I told him i already had my perfect pumpkins and that he could have it. I actually hadn't found pumpkins that good and a part of me didn't want to give it up, but i thought it would be better this way. He told his wife to leave the one she was on and pointed to how he had a better one and the wife got up, smiled, and said that m2 could have that pumpkin. M2 tried to fight over the new pumpkin and got herself kicked out.
The woman in the red jumper honestly looked liked she’d had something to drink! The fact that she was heading back into a car to drive is frightening …
@OneHairyGuy How do you know that? Trump Flag Karen has every right to express herself. Obviously the Red Sweater Karen got triggered. She was approaching her several times and getting into RSK's face, while TFK was saying to stand away from her, social distancing, right? TFK 1, RSK 0.
@OneHairyGuy I'm liberal and a Bernie fan. In fact, I have an adorable t-shirt with a pic of Bernie smiling and hugging a fluffy cat (no words or logos) that I wore in 2015 on the day of the Democrat presidential primary (which he WON in my state!) I was chased in a parking lot by a fat guy in a magat hat who tried to spit on me but couldn't catch me, so he went to my car and kicked a dent in it. Then he noticed my car was a Subaru (with a Sierra Club bumper sticker) and became more enraged, called me some ugly slang words for "lesbian", because apparently any woman who drives a Subaru is gay? Not that there would be anything wrong with that if it were true. Anyway, when I see these idiots with their flags and hats, I just drive on by, SMH, and feel pity that anyone could be so deceived. I DO NOT engage with them, any more than I would try to pet a feral rabid dog!
For real! I think what is sadder is that some of them are fighting with their own kids watching them. Like the lady who was about to pepper spray another lady for what, a parking space?! and she was being racist! Just move on and mind your business.
"get away from my car!" The woman's on the side of your car, you're in your car with the ignition on, here's an idea: DRIVE AWAY and move your vehicle faster than she can run, then the argument is over... duh.
The woman in the car did pull up a bit, and the standing Karen walked up to her car in order to threaten her with pepper spray. The standing Karen then started yelling, "get away from me!", like she didn't just walk over to the car.
See here’s the thing, they don’t actually want to argument over, they want the argument won. They won’t be satisfied until everyone either agrees with them or has suffered for failing too. That’s why instead of just walking away when someone is being mean, they call the cops
11:28 that Walmart Karen was mocking the lady in the pink shirt for whatever reason… and btw “chango” is another word for “monkey” in Spanish. That Karen was straight up racist.
"I already had covid, was in the hospital for 28 days, and I don't want to get sick again!" Then maybe don't pull your mask off on a crowded bus/train, especially while you're having a yelling match with someone, lol
This LITERALLY just happened to one of our best friends!! He literally had been shopping for about 45 minutes. He was shopping down the frozen food isle.

So glad I found you on here, I lost my dad in September from covid and been depressed I found your videos and learned to laugh again. You interact with people watching your videos like interacting with close friends and I love it . thank you for being you

20 years ago, when my best friend and I were heading to a local mall (she was driving) and had a parking space stolen from us. We were waiting patiently with the blinker on and when the car pulled out, a car full of slightly older guys (about 19 or 20) zipped in. We called them out, we argued, they mocked us, and the driver got really nasty and called my friend the C word, then laughed all the way into the mall. We were LIVID - but imagine their surprise when they came out and she had poured a 16 oz strawberry shake all over the interior of their car, through the open sun roof. We were long gone. Karens? Nah.....just a couple of 16 year olds who don't like being called that word.
Not to be rude... but this is the problem with 16 year olds being allowed to drive alone at that age. Then again, over here we're allowed to drink alcohol at 16 so who am I to judge 🤷♀️
You know your having a great time with Charlotte when a 14 minute long reaction video feels like a 1 minute video. Love from SJ, California. Forever and Always.
The one at 9:30 ish wasn't the person who called the lady's husband she was talking about her two coworkers who don't get along and what they've been doing to each other, just thought I'd let you know.
I was thinking the same. But some of these Karen situations are hard to untangle. They just often blend into a couple/bunch of people yelling over with a bunch of (quacks) being spewed.
The lady in the red sweater should be arrested for indecent exposure and at one point got right up to the girls face. She was the worst of every video.
Right! I don't support trump, and have seen some of his supporters do really ugly things but I still agree with their right to wave a flag as long as it isn't discriminatory or offensive (such as swastika). Even then, I don't confront them. Our 1st amendment rights are very important. Only time I've stepped in was @ 5 years ago when some jackwipes in a big diesel truck with trump crap pasted all over it were harassing an older hispanic man on a bicycle, "rolling coal" and shouting threats. Fortunately, a couple of other people told them to get lost before I got there, but I talked to the man to see if he was okay. He was scared and shaking, and his bike had a bent rim and flat tire (I don't know if the jerks did it, but likely). I asked how far from home he was, just a few blocks, so I told him he could put his bike in my truck and I took him home. Actually, he had me stop near his home and he walked his bike the rest of the way after I drove off, he obviously didn't want this white woman with a Texas accent knowing where he lived just in case I was setting him up for more harassment. I felt awful that he had good reason to feel afraid of me because of his experiences with racists. I told a neighbor about it later, who told me I was stupid to help that man, and I'm "lucky" I wasn't robbed. I don't talk to that neighbor anymore. This same neighbor, around the same time, had given me a ride to the grocery store when my truck was in the shop. We were putting groceries in his car when a young latino walked up, smiling, handed me two cold Dos Equis beers, and he said "Thank you! I'm doing good now!", got in his car and drove off before I could say anything. It took me a minute to realize what it was about. This was the same young man I encountered about a year previously on a very hot Summer day. I had stopped at my favorite thrift store that's also our local food bank to check out the merch. I had just bought groceries including a 6 pack of cold Dos Equis which I put on ice to enjoy when I got home. I was thinking, I'll drink all 6 later, and regret it, so why not offer a couple to the 2 young homeless guys sitting in the shade and prevent a hangover? They were grateful, and we chatted briefly before I left. Seemed like nice guys. Yep, it was one of them who paid me back a year later and I was so happy to know he had a car and a better life now! I told my neighbor what that strange encounter was all about, he called me an idiot and said he never gives anything to homeless "scum". I told him, "That's too bad, because you'll never experience anything as cool, like what just happened here!" Five years later, after my husband left me and wiped out my savings, I'm now very grateful for that same food bank that I now need help from. My own son was homeless for a year, 4 years ago, after his schizophrenia made it impossible for him to live with me. He got by because of the kindness of strangers who gave him food and clothing. On a very cold day, someone gave him a bag filled with those chemical hand warmers like hunters and campers use. May have saved him from frostbite. He lives with me now, is on medication, and is doing so much better now the "voices" aren't screaming at him 24/7. His experience also taught him that maybe living with me and having a few rules isn't so bad after all. I'll never regret helping others. It's a round world, and you never know how quickly life can change and you become the one who needs a hand up!
I had a Karen cut in front of me in the grocery store the other day. As usual, I yelled "Hey, not cool! The line is in the back!" A sweet nona standing next to me said "Don't get mad. It will make your blood hot, and then you'll get sick. It's not worth it." She was so adorable, I couldn't really be mad anymore. Besides, who wants to risk getting your blood hot? 😂
I'd probably let the lady steal my cart bc that's so unexpected, I'd still be standing in the aisle trying to process what happened by the time she's home and putting away my groceries😂
I do kinda feel for that guy though. I can TOTALLY see why that would start getting on your nerves and make it harder to be the 'better man'. People coming to check who you are, what you're doing, 'your' type aren't common here, etc etc... It's not even a race thing necessarily. It can be differences in income, or religion, or just anything people in the neighborhood know about you that's different from the collective and gets them nosey or feeling threatened somehow. That constant feeling of being judged by society is pressure enough without neighbors coming to your door wanting to see your property deed for themselves.
I don't know that this fits in with Karens, but at Wal Mart once, I witnessed a man drive past me really fast. He then slammed his car, on purpose, into another parked car. A woman came out of the store screaming at him as he sat on the deck of her car with his arms folded. My hubby and I just waited and watched until the police arrived. Police are my cue to leave.
i saw some guy speeding through a parking lot then honked at someone for something ( i forgot) that was his fault. i just stood there for a second like really then continued to the store
I once had a co worker tell my husband I was sleeping with a underage other co worker... Over FB.... I'm 30 and the kid I was apparently sleeping with (in the garbage room, ew) was 16... Needless to say my husband called her an idiot and blocked her, turns out she wanted to sleep with my husband (also 30) and she was 21.... It was a whole thing at work, then corona hit so I used that to leave that weirdo place and find a better job with out all the drama...
When my mom( a self described karen) and my aunt karen argue sparks fly. It is fully a pull the popcorn out moment since it will go on for a while. Usually they both use their karen powers for good but sometimes their inner petty queens come out and it is hilarious to watch.
For once I agree with Charlotte "I don’t know what’s happening." Though I’m pretty sure there was some horrendous homophobic language and that’s something I can’t condone.
There actually wasn’t! She was losing her shit over freedom of speech. She looked like a complete imbecile! She didn’t like their flag. Plain and simple
Hey I met a Karen at Walmart. It was surreal, she was pissed I put my item on the counter. She said my items were invading her personal space but she was done paying just standing there complaining how the area we were in is ghetto. I felt like I saw bigfoot in person 😂
I have a Karen neighbor, one day the trash guys dropped my trash in her front yard, my trash was too heavy, and it opened up in her perfectly cut grass LOL. I didn’t feel bad because she had reported my extremely friendly dog for being unleashed in my front yard to pee. So after two weeks after the trash problem she came to confront me about the trash, pointing her finger to my face and yelling. Well, just looked at her and said “ I am sorry lady, but I am not listening to you today, I am late, goodbye” with a peaceful voice. It felt damn good to look at her from the mirror cursing at me yelling by herself in the middle of the street while I was going away with closed windows
8:50 No no no Charlotte, it wasn't HER who called the husband, it was one of the two ladies she works with who did that, to the other of the two ladies she's talking about.
I love how Karens think they're always right and never ever wrong.....until they meet me. I've shut down so many Karens it"s not even a challenge anymore
Most of those clips left me confused as to what was happening. The old woman stealing the rhubarb is wild. In the long version of the video she ends up getting aggressive and throws stuff at the property owner. According to them, she often tries to steal their stuff and then attacks them when they confront her.
It’s great how Karenhood spans all demographics now instead of just the “soccermom” it started out as. Rich or poor, black white or brown, trumpers and anti-trumpers. There’s a Karen for everybody. Lol
It's the magic of linguistics. You might learn about it in school, but watching it play out is wild. What starts in one community becomes public consumption... a Karen for everybody.
They should get David Attenborough to narrate 10:50 XD. "We are here today at the pumpkin field, as we watch the natural causes from a flock of Karens showing hostility towards potential threat. Another flock of Karens. The males stand by, as they do not want to come in between the crossfire of their mate in heat. They prepare for an attack, waiting for one of them to grab their phones. To insert dominance. These are peculiar creatures, and will target anyone in sight. It is a rare sight to see two Karens fight it out. This could go on for hours. Lets sit back and watch the show."
I had my first Karen in my life at Walmart. I walked a foot away from my cart to reach something and instead of waiting for me to move she took her cart and rammed mine down the isle.. I was shocked.. they do exist.

@@SofieBjorkheim he has a point, but when people get upset, we defeat ourselves.
Also, even if that wasn't the case, her bag seemed to be in the cart.
That, and someone has invested their time selecting items for their shopping trolley. People's time is worth something. You can't just 'take' the fruit of their efforts like that.
@@rachellereeve494 Never mind their time, what about their pencils?
@@PatriciaSigaki Yeah, I saw that too. It wouldn't only have been temporary theft of a cart, but an actual robbery because her purse was still in there.
if it is ok for the old lady to steal the cart, it is equally ok to steal it back. So either way, the original "owner" of the cart should keep it.
I love the circle of Karen, 2 karens walking around filming each other circling each other like predators haha
Ngl that guy saying "you're twice my age and still don't have a car!" took me tf out 🤣🤣
It's funny when you realize that with the prices going up and wages going down anyone will be lucky to have a motor of any kind. plus you're lucky to even have any public transport since mixed use areas are banned and public transport serves so few people in so few cities.

"You may be right"
I agree, BUT DAM, in the moment, it's tough.

I’m putting away the stuff inside of it.”
She then noticed I was wearing a name tag, and proceeded to grab the cart from my hands.
My filter would have come off and said, "The fuck is wrong with ya?!"
What the actual hell. You're a better person than I because I would be in jail lol

STRAIGHT OUTTA CLAIREVIEW
I once had a Karen steal my FULL shopping cart, pick out the things she didn’t want, THROW THEM ON THE FLOOR (including a carton of eggs), and walk off. I was too stunned to stop her.
As Mark Twain once said: Never argue with an idiot (or Karen), for they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

@Marcy Storck Hahahaha. Maybe Charlotte can do a "Who's the Karen?" video....🤣🤣🤣🤣

When confronted with a Karen sometimes you must release your inner Karen. But this is the only time otherwise she must kept locked away
Exactly !
This just happened at Wal-Mart last night 😂 a Karen on a riding cart tried to just go out the doors without paying! Said they owed her for even coming in there.

She didn't have a dog, I hope it was from the dog park lol
why did she do that, though? did you do something to cause that action? you left out that part.
You hope that was dog poop. You said she didn't have a dog, and she's batty enough to smear poop on your handle to begin with. What's to say it wasn't hers?
Do you realize how many diseases and parasites that wretched woman exposed you to?? You could have become sick enough to be hospitalized. I hope you reported her.

i'm afraid some karens are dumb enough to start damaging property
I kinda got the feeling she was poking the bear a little bit at that point. I couldn't quite catch all the dialog though.
I was looking for this comment.
That's narcissism in a nutshell. Completely focused on their own needs, no regard for other people and the emotional maturity of a five-year-old.
Yeah they act like babies
Yap so so true
My thoughts exactly .... Karen's are toddlers with roid rage....

Brain logic and reason having a conversation
"oh no is she pregnant, or just fat?" "I think she likes her food too much." "No what if I am wrong and she is carrying sextuplets."
Yikes for real
If a Karen takes your grocery cart, follow her around the store throwing random things into the cart when she's not looking. Either she'll give up and walk away or even better you can add random embarrassing items and watch her reaction at the register.
The whole being nosy while watching these fights reminds me of this one time my family was having a party and at the exact same time, my neighbor was being arrested. So the entire party was on our deck trying to act natural as we tried to get in on the tea.

She called the police because the power cord was a different colour...? WTF?! That's... definitely special.
Please tell more ❤️

There is a helluva lot of mental illness out there.
I wouldn’t call the neighbour having a go at the Karen stealing plants a Karen. She’s confronting a thief which is reasonable.
She should've gotten out the hose and soaked the thief.

@@kathy2trips I think they both just wanted to be mad today ngl
@OneHairyGuy what ever happened to free speech? Only when they agree with you, hmm? Ah, yes, the "tolerant" left...
That was like watching kindergartens fight. Just the amount of name calling and irrationality is baffling.
For real! I think what is sadder is that some of them are fighting with their own kids watching them. Like the lady who was about to pepper spray another lady for what, a parking space?! and she was being racist! Just move on and mind your business.
"get away from my car!" The woman's on the side of your car, you're in your car with the ignition on, here's an idea: DRIVE AWAY and move your vehicle faster than she can run, then the argument is over... duh.
You are obviously using your common sense. They don't have any
@@marcystorck7977 ahhh, yes, that must be it! Haha plus they seem to be obsessed with the one-up each other aspect!
12:06 the lady yelling "changos", she was calling the other lady a monkey smh. Im surprised nobody caught that
"I already had covid, was in the hospital for 28 days, and I don't want to get sick again!" Then maybe don't pull your mask off on a crowded bus/train, especially while you're having a yelling match with someone, lol
Technically he is putting others at risk. Everyone else is wearing a mask, which is to protect others from you. So technically he's safe.
This LITERALLY just happened to one of our best friends!! He literally had been shopping for about 45 minutes. He was shopping down the frozen food isle.

So glad I found you on here, I lost my dad in September from covid and been depressed I found your videos and learned to laugh again. You interact with people watching your videos like interacting with close friends and I love it . thank you for being you
My condolences to you and your loved ones
I about laughed my butt off when the plastic surgery nightmare called the other girl ugly
A bucket of ice cold water will stop a couple of dogs fighting. I'm sure it would work just as well with Karens...but it would be infinitely funnier!
That was more like "Karens creating Karens; the pandemic spreading faster than Covid!" 🤣🤣🤣 Don't know what I'd do without your videos bringing me a smile every day in these ugly uncertain times. I greatly appreciate you!
A Karen apocalypse
A round of applause for the poor editor for this whole video. You did a marvelous job good sir or madame

That's kind of fantastic. Thanks for sharing!
TOWANDA!
Property damage is a crime. He sucked for what he said, but your friend just proved them right. But then, she was a kid. I hope she's matured.
Dont try to reason with a Karen. Its like playing chess with a pidgeon.

You know your having a great time with Charlotte when a 14 minute long reaction video feels like a 1 minute video. Love from SJ, California. Forever and Always.
Hi neighbor! I’m in Campbell
The fact that I was picking my nose when she said don't pick ur nose 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
10:55 Fighting over which pumpkin spice latte tastes better.
I told him, "That's too bad, because you'll never experience anything as cool, like what just happened here!"
Five years later, after my husband left me and wiped out my savings, I'm now very grateful for that same food bank that I now need help from.

If I was that busdriver, I'd probably just park the bus on the side of the road (nowhere near a bus stop) and tell them to either get off or shut up.
bus drivers usually don't get involved in fights
I had a Karen cut in front of me in the grocery store the other day. As usual, I yelled "Hey, not cool! The line is in the back!" A sweet nona standing next to me said "Don't get mad. It will make your blood hot, and then you'll get sick. It's not worth it." She was so adorable, I couldn't really be mad anymore. Besides, who wants to risk getting your blood hot? 😂
I'd probably let the lady steal my cart bc that's so unexpected, I'd still be standing in the aisle trying to process what happened by the time she's home and putting away my groceries😂
So what this video teaches me is that when two Karens are fighting each other, they are no longer Karens. . They’re just two trashy people in a fight.
"This is a DOWNGRADE for me." 🤣
I do kinda feel for that guy though.
LOVE that guy at 9:35 !!! Inventing ways to be in the hallway. Endless source of entertainment.
That clip was my favorite as well. 😂😂
“Where is your manger”. “No where is your manger”. “ creates a black hole”
My favorite reoccurring Charlotte quote, "Aww, I love this for us!" Gets me every time.
Strong possibility that couple was already in the middle of a bad breakup.

Discoverd charlotte’s channel during lockdown. Her clips made me laugh daily. Thanks charlotte :-)
I found her when she was doing the Frank the Christmas Gargoyle 🎄

Hey I met a Karen at Walmart. It was surreal, she was pissed I put my item on the counter. She said my items were invading her personal space but she was done paying just standing there complaining how the area we were in is ghetto. I felt like I saw bigfoot in person 😂
"Karen at Walmart" sounds like "Man in Florida"

Lol
Pretty much anybody who is angry is labeled a Karen now. It is no longer reserved just for those who feel entitled.

The guy that listens nonchalantly as he 'cleans' to hear the Karen's is fantastic 🤣
