This video sheds light on the disturbing trend of entitled behavior in our society, particularly among individuals referred to as 'Karens.' It's eye-opening to see how some people believe they are above the law, whether it's stealing from a store, abandoning a child, or resisting arrest. The clear documentation of these incidents serves as a reminder of the importance of accountability and respect for the law.
I know this will make people mad but this is the age of Trump! People who break the law as some kind of hero, Karen's who think their rights are what ever they want them to be, without consideration of anyone else. It has made the worst in some people become okay behavior, that includes breaking the laws that govern us. Trumpies think they are above decent society and standards of behavior.
@dublev78 Not really, this is a newer phenomenon en masse. At least from my observation, it really started to be noticeable in the mid 00s and has been increasing at an alarming rate. The combination of allowing kids to believe they're special/independent and demonizing everyone in a position of authority has amplified this behavior. By constantly highlighting the edge cases of police officers that abuse their power and the consequences those individuals face, entitled individuals feel emboldened to ignore both rules and consequences. It doesn't help that nearly all of these videos showcase the majority of charges being dismissed, further perpetuating the belief (rightfully so) that serious consequences will not be experienced.

Then gets a year suspended sentence and 5 years probation no jail time how is that even possible after she admitted to leaving the children all the time and clearly had no sense that she was doing anything wrong resisted arrest , only cared about who called the police. Thats mind blowing that she was given the opportunity to further abuse her children so soon after in such a serious matter shooting off a toe of a baby and still gets to go home , the left and there lack of punishing criminals is turning the country into a haven for criminal activity , yet they focus so much effort into labeling parents upset and concerned about what they are teaching young children in the schools as domestic terrorists. Crazy whats going on and what the left with there woke policies are doing not to mention the flow of non stop illegals for years being incentivised with money and a phone and acommidations which is allowing other countries to send all the criminals over and the flow of opiates and meth in mass quanities killing hundreds daily . If Biden or the left are somehow able to maintain in power i dont think the country cant stand another four years of this deliberate distruction .
Her son also overdosed on her drugs she left out. Those poor kids. The judge didn't see a reason to terminate rights because "she seems sorry" that judge put those kids in harms way over and over
Sorry, but most college campuses include in the school dorm contract a clause wherein signing the contract gives the school blanket permission to search a student's room if they are suspected of violating any of the school's Rules of Residency. The student also signs that they have received a copy of the Rules and have agreed to abide by them, the violation of which can carry a variety of penalties - the maximum of which is eviction. Here, the police showed remarkable restraint while they dealt with a know-it-all law student with no practical knowledge of how laws are actually enforced. He knew even less about how the Rules were enforced by the college. The police most likely left to check with the school Administration to find out how it wished to proceed.
That law student is going to turn into the slimeiest lawyer put there. Yes, he was right and well spoken and knowledgeable, but Holy shit... the slime...
Absolute nutcase. This guy should never be allowed to be a lawyer. Why? Well, because he clearly doesn't regard rules or laws. He was in the wrong, the entire time. It's not only rude to treat Police or anyone in Authority this way, it's weak and immature and it speaks to a person's obviously bad character. People need to be moral if they want respect. I had this one incidence. I was sitting on a curb having a smoke with this well known, but absolutely harmless and lovable homeless man. I’d known him for a long time. There was some sort of cracked out situation going on in our vicinity, but we had nothing to do with it, and honestly weren’t paying any attention. This cop shows up out of no where, and asked for my ID. I said , no, that shit over there has nothing to do with me. Well, he pulled me up by my shirt and slammed me on the hood of his car and put me in handcuffs. Ran my ID, I have no criminal record. And then screamed at me about how I have to do what police ask for and never refuse to give police identification again. Handcuffs really really hurt and fuck up your wrists. I don’t think he handled that correctly, and he didn’t do anything to the actual homeless man. I truly just had seen him over the years for so long that we were aquatinted. And if you do it while you’re driving to another motorist, it’s considered criminal threatening, because you’re threatening someone while sitting inside a 2 ton death machine.
What threat? "F*ck you" Do people in Maine actually think that person is going to come and have s*x with them? Do people in Maine not have s*x with each other?😅
I was accused of skip scanning when I was 15. Luckily my mom was with me. The Walmart employees were asking for my SSN before the cops even showed up. What’s really messed up is we noticed the weird scan and called an employee over to help us. She typed some stuff in and said we’re good. Then they immediately stopped us at the door and wouldn’t let us leave until the cops showed up but insisted they obtain my SSN and my moms without police present
Yeah they can’t do that, the police can ask you for your ssn but not store employees
Stores should keep cashiers. They traded humans for faulty machines and now there Is more poverty due to unemployment, hence more thefts both due to poverty and faulty machine. All this crap to make retail chains share holders richer and richer. My compliments for the thriumph of capitalism: the war of the poor against the poorer where the Rich wins
No-one needs to ask for your SSN . They were wrong always remember you don't need to give anyone your SSN. Don't let them scare you
@@lauravasquez697 I’m glad I had my mom with me because she knows her rights and the law

Well said Comment ❣️
Been going on for years. Difference now is everything is filmed and shared. Not new… You are just more informed.
Agreed! The police need to learn the law too!

The law student may have "known his rights" but displayed his lack of ethics by committing a crime and refusing to cooperate with law enforcement. I predict he will have a career defending criminals.
And he'll be successful because he was correct. Ethics in law only matter in court. He's not a lawyer yet.
@@Luis-o9m1s I'm just saying that he will probably end up being a defense attorney. The type that would have no scruples about defending the worst criminals. He can't even obey the law himself.

I don't know how these cops do it... I mean, honestly. Freedom of speech or not, it's infuriating watching these idiots berate and abuse these officers. Society would be better off without these public nuisances.

2:00:06 This woman is disgusting and infuriating. She is more worried about finding out who called the cops on her. She also admits that she does this all the time leaving a small child to watch a baby. Like wtf!?!?!?!? How can she possibly think that she is not doing anything wrong? Also idk if they will mention this but child services allows her to keep her kids and about a month after this she waves a loaded gun around while fighting w/her b/f and shoots her son’s toes off. HER SON IS THE INFANT!!!!!!!!!! Bravo child services! Another win! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The judge didn't see a reason to terminate rights because "she seems sorry" that judge put those kids in harms way over and over
"Donna...I can see you moving" 😂😂
lol it’s not supposed to tickle 😂
The student may have won the battle, but not the war. The school is going to watch him under a telescope now.
Let's hope so. His arrogance offends me. Especially when everyone and their brother KNEW he committed a crime.

Absolute nutcase.
This guy should never be allowed to be a lawyer. Why? Well, because he clearly doesn't regard rules or laws. He was in the wrong, the entire time. He committed a crime, no matter how minor. But instead of owning up to it, he was winding around like a slithering snake. He may have the professional knowledge, but his morality is extremely questionable.
So, how do they ensure no one us breaking the rules on campus if they can't search or even id?
Can’t the security guard on campus go into the room?
Totally agree. He got in my nerves. Like why be confrontational? Especially when you actually did commit a crime

They DID have the right to, this kid lives on Campus and has to follow State/Federal law AND University rules, ALL students have to- they sign an agreement when they take a dorm room or even just enroll in school. Regardless of whether this kid thinks he's a Lawyer or not, he is subject to the rules, and if he's a minor, he's breaking State/Federal law and dorm rules by bringing alcohol on Campus and the Police have every right to ask him to ID himself. If he was innocent, he should've just proved it, he obviously wasn't. People that play games with Police just make it harder for them to be patient with everyone else. It's not only rude to treat Police or anyone in Authority this way, it's weak and immature and it speaks to a person's obviously bad character. People need to be moral if they want respect. They won't get any if they demand it and act the fool to prove their supposed superiority over others.

I work for a university police department and no this kid was not in the right. Crazy that you’d believe he is. He’s also required to identify himself per campus policy. Period. RA’s also can enter any dorm room where alcohol is suspected without permission. The officers were being nice. The kid was an arrogant idiot.
