I like the subtlety in the themes and it's nice that Disney is making casually dressed dolls besides the princess characters. I hope this starts a trend of more fashion packs and accessory packs being made for other popular doll lines. I guess Barbie always does them, but how good Barbie fashions and accessories are is debatable.

I 💖 that the ILY dolls have inset eyes...they just have that sparkle (unlike painted eyes) that makes the dolls look more 'alive'.
And Disney's quality levels rarely disappoint. 💎
Seamstress here. The purse material that looks like pleather is called 'suede'. Love the videos ;)
I'm sure it's not real suede, which is a form of leather. But there are several levels of quality of faux suedes.
These dolls are super cute but I'm waiting to see wave 2 before I commit to buying some. I always want at least 2 dolls from a doll line so that they can have friends, but I only really love the Snow White inspired doll so far. I'm hoping the upcoming Bambi one is really cute! I want a brown haired, brown eyed, fair skinned doll in this line at some point (cause that's what I look like lol).
Random note from a costuming person: a more elegant way to say "that part of the breast" is "the point". When you were trying clothes on the dolls and trying to find words for it I figured I'd bring it up.
I agree with you about wanting two dolls! Thankfully I love the snow white and tiana one. I have high hopes for the bambi one as well. The way you described her would be so pretty!
I usually want two as well. I hope they do ( edit, make a second run of wave one ) with better articulation. I either have to order them or drive an hourish to a Disney store. Though it is at an outlet mall so I would want to call first to make sure they even have the dolls. I am SO wanting the Snow White one. She is my favorite. Can't decide about which one I would want for my second one. Might have to wait for wave 2 before I decide.
I love Tiana inspired one here, she is sooo fluttering. You should get Belle, Jasmine and Ariel next along with Jasmine and Auroras fashion packs.

Love these dolls and love your channel ❤️ The way I dress my dolls: Pull a doll sock over the hands, so that the fingers don't get stuck in the sleeves.
Art - I use the cut-off corner of a plastic sandwich bag, so I don't snag the socks with the velcro fasteners (I almost 😢 when it happened).
I dislike (intensely) taking my dolls hands/feet off...I've even caught myself apologizing when I did it. 🤦🏼♀️
My parcel with the Tiana and Cinderella-inspired dolls, and the Belle, Aurora, and Rapunzel-inspired outfits is at the post office waiting for me to pick it up. I had a hard time deciding, but I can't get them all. The dolls themselves would have been nice, but paired with the outfits and accessories (and the fact that they can also be used with other 1/6th scale dolls), it makes for an exceptionally strong doll line.
There's two packs I really want to see. The Snow white inspired pet pack with a dog who's front legs look like they move and the Ariel inspired fashion pack with the roller-skates. I'm curious how the helmet is going to fit and if the skates roll. I'm a bit curious how these fashion packs are going to fit monster high g3, wouldn't Lagoona look so cute in the Ariel ones? I look forward to your videos!

All the food that come with the dolls are random so you can get doubles. I got Belle, Jasmine, Rapunzel, and Aurora fashion packs for my Princess Serena/Sailor Moon doll. The outfits look great on my Moon doll, because her body is thick just like the ily dolls. So you can put the fashion clothes on your Sailor Moon doll they fit. But Moon's feet can't fit Rapunzel shoes. But Moon can wear all the boots and sandals from the fashion packs. Wave 2 of the ily dolls are coming in the fall, it's 4 dolls Mickey Mouse, Ursula, Bambi, and Stitch. There is just 1 picture of the Mickey Mouse doll.
I’m excited for the next wave in the Fall we have Snow White & Belle so far and tons of the fashion packs. We def want Tiana’s doll. I think we might have all our fav fashion packs I feel like we did 6 🤔: Pocahontas, Aurora, Cinderella, Moana, Mulan, and Ariel. Still debating Rapunzel, Jasmine and Elsa in the fashion packs. ❤️❤️❤️
Try to dress a normal princess doll with the coordinating set. It looks really cute.

So with mermaze i’ve actually taken them apart and gotten one to sit after studying there articulation and seeing how it’s put together basically altering it ❤ I did the impossible I got a mermaze to basically fully sit💅
Hi guys!! Just letting y’all know, even tho their hair feels really nice, it is polypropylene!! I know she said it’s nylon in the video, but it can’t be boilwashed!! So please be careful when styling their hair with heat tools/boiling water!!
Poly is the most heat resistant hair fiber so I’m genuinely confused 😀

yeh im not super into disney but the dolls being disneybounding instead of just princesses makes me really want them! i like that i can take off the ears and have them just be lovely dolls😅
You may have said this and I missed it. A little more context on Disney bounding. It became a tradition because adults are not allowed to wear costumes to the parks, because children could mistake them for employees. So adults Disney bound instead.

I have the inspired by Jasmine doll and she is wearing the Aurora fashion pack. She looks awesome in that outfit but yes it looks more like a maleficent outfit. Also the fishnets are sewed onto the shorts, a lot of people don't like that but am ok with the fishnets being sewed on less change of me losing them.
I bought the Rapunzel accessory pack for my mini me... I’m so excited nyo!

It would be extra royalty for the Disney company to use a licensed bag from Loungefly. They probably didn't want to pay that since that would eat away at the cost of the product, but agree that branded Loungefly mini-merch would make total sense of adult disney fans.
They did officially licensed ones for the Nuimos which surprised me!

OMG my Tiana inspired doll got the same snack as your's!!!! Also yes its random what food you get since there is more surprise foods then dolls. One more addiction, ILY dolls have poly hair
The Cinderella skirt seems more like organza than chiffon but tbh fabrics are hard to memorise so calling it chiffon is close enough :D
I agree. Both are sheer (translucent) with organza being a bit stiffer (having more body) and chiffon being softer with more drape.
I would be careful of the hip joint. My snow white doll's leg popped out. It was an easy fix, but still super shocking for such a nice doll otherwise
Disney charges an arm and a leg for food in the parks, but the portions are fairly large. I would say that's pretty scale accurate for the most part. The waffle is totally fake, they give you much smaller waffles, usually 3 at a time. I would say they're about palm sized, maybe smaller.
The hands and also there feet can be removed. You just have to soak them in hot water, that way it softens the plastic and they slip right out. And I also live in a small town in Ohio. I had to order mine off line. Or I would have had to drive or 3 hours. So I ordered all of mine. They are very nice dolls. I'm very happy to add them to my collection.
I am tempted to get the Belle doll. I love her hair! And the Tiana doll.
Only thing is the eyes can make them look very startled. And I'm in Australia so they are hard to get.

Since you asked this is organza not chiffon. The difference is that organza is stiffer than chiffon; chiffon tends to have a looser weave to the fabric and produces a more flowy movement. Organza is stiff and holds in place. Anyways, I hope this is helpful to you and doesn't come off as rude; I apologize if it did. I love your videos and generally don't want to be mean as there is enough of that on the internet.
Oh you’re good!! It’s a higher quality organza than I’m used to so it wasn’t my first instinct to call it organza ahaha

SOME Targets are going to get them but to my knowledge there isn't a way to check :( It's just that certain target stores have a huge Disney section I think?

Heads up for everyone, the velvet strap on the Cinderella bag stained the purse and a shoe. This may have just been mine, but I would not store with any plastic items.
I saw another youtuber cover the doll's hands in tin foil to help them go through the sleeves... maybe that can help. I guess plastic foil may work too
I want male character themes and dolls. I also would like a two pack with one character as the hero and the other as the villain and they're best friends or siblings.
The hair on these dolls is 100% polypropylene. Lol Its not that bad when the hair is curly.
Tiana inspired has the same hair as the other black haired DS dolls which is nylon. I’ve never heard of DS using anything but nylon? I think it’s just not the high grade you see on RH? More like g3 and g4 MLP grade
@@xCanadensis Its possible that they used different fibers on different dolls…I don’t have Tiana. But the inspired by Cinderella doll definitely has poly. It feels just as bad as G3 Clawdeen.
I really hope that’s not true- I’ll genuinely be surprised. I’ve only ever had two Disney store dolls that I suspected had poly but it behaved more similar to SUPER messed up nylon :( I can’t really gauge the textured hair that Snow has but it’s so standard for DS dolls to consistently have nylon. Huge bummer if they’re switching on these super expensive dolls
I really love them but they're just a bit too expensive for me at the moment. Also bummed out that they can't sit properly but they're so beautiful that I'm willing to overlook that.

these are so gorgeous but the current round doesn't have the right combination of character and princess theme for me to pull the trigger. sidenote: the neutral fashion wording you want for describing the chest region is "bust point" or " highest point of the bust"
They are difficult to dress because their hands don’t come off! Mine kept getting the fingers snagging things
Like dressing Barbies in the 80s. I snagged a few thumbs and tore a few sleeves as a kid.
I hope they make characters that aren't based on characters that aren't just the princesses. I want winnie the pooh characters.

I wish they had these at the regular Disney Stores, but the ones I went to didn't which is strange to me. I only have the Snow White Inspired one and yes here jacket or whatever it's called is super ugly in my opinion.
