    Sir can we use sunscreen in the first step without applying a moisturizing cream? And above sunscreen is it ok to use a talc free powder to prevent too much of sweating??? If i use like this will i get the effect of sunscreen?

      Yes…. You can follow the above approach…. Liberal standard application of enough quantity of sunscreen at regular intervals is sufficient… Rest of the products like moisturisers are like add on that may enhance penetration of sunscreen… sunscreen works even without moisturisers

      Best source is oily fish, salmon, mackerel, and sardines (മത്തി, അയല). Other sources include egg yolks, red meat, and liver.
