Definitely, Direct HT need a dedicated team and an experienced doctor to complete the procedure with minimal time duration … Direct HT is a modification of FUE. Hence, centres doing Direct HT are less… whatever, be the method, whether FUE or Direct HT, main importance to be given to the competence of the hair transplantation team… Undergoing FUE by an expert is better than doing Direct HT by a novice/quack

Will do it.... It's a very fine needle to create close slits. However, one cannot overdo the maximum possible slits in a defined recipient area (except in you tube marketing😁)... Saphire needles is a bit costly... Otherwise no harm in doing this... Keep such things only after the consideration for quality of the clinic and qualification/ experience and expertise of the hair transplant surgeon.
