It's your opinion. That's cool mate 👍🏻 I prefer Ed norton's Hulk and Banner. But this Hulk is definitely better than the mcu crap with Mark..that's for sure.

I just love how the transformation builds here, showing his gamma iradiated blood spreading through bruce as he fights back remebering those memories..it is just so powerful, you can feel his rage when he turns into the hulk.
@@iacovoskritz4896And in the storm. I think it’s the perfect mood, as the storm represented the inside of the Hulk’s body. The raging spirit that could be considered the physical form of all of Banner’s pain. I know both of their back stories are different in this movie and the TV show, but both have endured serious traumas and loss,
Mostly the weird editing style. Bruce Banner and Hulk alike were done wonderfully, but the comic-esc edits and the confusing paneling threw me off too much to enjoy the movie
Same. My dad and I (8 yrs old) went to see all marvel movies but the day after watching the hulk we entered this subscription where every Sunday we would get some kind of marvel package which would contain 1 figurine and a magazine about the history of their character and their best moments or identities. My dad got the figurines and I got the magazines. It is what really got me into marvel. I still have them back home in the UK.
I always love this transformation of Hulk then any transformation Hulk in other adaptation. Cause the process when his body shaking cause his trauma childhood while looking at his blood on the monitor and slowly lose his mind and turn into The Hulk, that makes me terrifying.
I feel like Nick Nolte should've revived his career with this performance. He was incredible. The best two scenes are where he reveals the actual demise of Bruce's mom to Betty and the scene at the airbase where he and Bruce confront eachother. Great acting.

This is such an awesome scene with lots of depth to it. The ending of the scene, David looking upon his creation; the Hulk. He created Bruce as well, but his true love to his son is the standing achievement of his genius and hard-work. When he says 'My Bruce' I'm sure he's feeling such rushes of sympathy and sorrow. He used his son Bruce as a living host to foster the Hulk to an age of maturity. Once Bruce inhibited so much rage and hate, the Hulk was able to make its final evolution and completely inhabited Bruce as a vessel. I wonder what are all the things David is feeling. The supreme glory of seeing his creation come to life, the very human reaction of sadness for having done that to Bruce, or the fear of what ungodly creation he's conjured. It's like a complete remake of Frankenstein coming to life, but in an even better way
The creator of the TV-show has said (at least in more recent years) that he changed the name because he didn't like the alliteration in superhero names.
Ppl complained about the cgi but I his movie had incredible animation amazing physical moments and physics effects really highlighted the hulk’s movements and strength
I dream about this hulk as child all the time because I was so scared I went to hide in a closet at work company or a house and all I hear was just explosions and like ahhh don scream or he’s gonna find me.
Norton's Hulk was agressive and relentless. He beat Abomination who is literally a Captain America that turned into a Hulk. That's absolutely insane considering Banner is a normal human being and not an enhanced killing machine.
@@barathrum3107 Abomination got choked by chains almost to death.. 2003 Hulk in the desert would annihilate Norton's Hulk with Abomination combined easily
@@barathrum3107 MCU Hulk and Norton Hulk are base and have nothing special about them. A fight between Banas Hulk and any of the other Hulks would result in a 100 ft tall Bana Hulk w the strength of 1000 Hulks.
@@Zio-e5t You could see the rage giving Norton Hulk power when his eyes were glowing green which is the same thing as 2003 Hulk. The only thing he didn't have was size. And as I said, he was extremely agressive and violent unlike the other live actions we had. 2003 Hulk on the hand did have the size advantage but gets calm too quickly.
Still the only modern Hulk film to show Bruce Banner’s transformation from the beginning. Would love to see a new one with the same vibe as this film. Dark, melancholic, and intense. Just without Mark Ruffalo..
Edward Norton was doing some good stuff too. Even ruffalo was pretty interesting in the first avengers movie. But yeah this one is ABOUT his trauma, so it’s still the most interesting and relatable
Some say David had zero empathy for his son and no guilt over what he did. Well, I don't believe that. If that were true, he wouldn't have been weeping and saying: "My Bruce." I think perhaps a part of David did want to help Bruce, but after his son rejected him, that's when everything changed.
In the comics, Bruce's Dad's name is Brian, not David and he is much worst than his live action counterpart. Unlike Nick Nolte's variant, Brian abused his son for being a monster while David was obsessed with Bruce's monstrous alter ego.
Do think or believe that Bruce Banner as Hulk was destroying the lab out of pure anger, for things like the computer that had revealed something had been inside of him all of this time as a adult after his father who Bruce thought was dead after his father was taken away after he had took the life of his wife and Bruce’s mom had returned told him something has been inside of him, the gamma radiation sphere for the source of his transformation, and the perceived ones

It's not that hard to do a good Hulk but it is hard to do a good Bruce Banner, and I think Eric Bana did that wonderfully.
Technically, Eric Bana wasn't the Hulk. Ang Lee himself voiced him, did his motion capture himself.
He executed Bruce Banner flawlessly!
As bad as the MCU hulk is now. I will still say Mark Ruffalo in the first avengers movie was just perfect
I like how he transforms at night like a call back to his first comic book transformation!
Also in the Bill Bixby Hulk he transforms in the night.
In the comics, he could only transform at night in the very beginning of his story.
Kinda like the Wolfman.
