That’s a tough question because there are so many items to try here. If you have never tried Malabar biriyani biriyani before, try chicken or prawn biryani. Try any fish item (fried/gravy) or sea food like prawn or squid, as they serve very fresh sea food. You can also try Chicken Porichathu. Don’t forget to try the Chatta Marry Pudding.
Thank you very much… After having so many starters, had to choose between chicken, prawn and mutton biryani. I chose the first two, in order to accommodate fish curry and rice, then dessert. Agree, Paragon’s mutton biriyani is classic. This is a reason for visiting one more time 😀
As per Tanav, the son of Mr Sumesh, MD, Paragon group of restaurants, they have some plan for Chennai, but no immediate plans for other states. Wish they open a branch in Pune soon.
Price points are relative and subjective. It’s a high end fine dining place with a nice ambience, excellent service and they use best quality ingredients including fresh seafood and meat.As long as all these traits continue, the price is justifiable. For that matter, all the restaurants at that level charge the same or higher in Bangalore.
