Tennessee North…girl…you and your cooking 🥘 are both bright spots in my days. I was born in 1960 so I travel down memory lane with you whenever you go. Yes ma’am it brings a smile to my face too! Btw, I tasted your delicious chicken in my mind all the way here in Minnesota. I remember when my mom made fried chicken, I loved her chicken so much. She shook it in a paper bag like everyone did back then. It was my job on Sunday’s to shake the bag and I took my job very seriously 😊. It was a regular Sunday dinner for us, that and chuck roast with potatoes, carrots and onions. I loved late spring when it was time for rhubarb pie 🥧 still my fav. Mom also made a wicked good cherry pie, lemon meringue pie, chocolate meringue, and peach pie too.(I grew up in Colorado, daughter of a wheat farmer and school teacher) I still get and can Colorado peaches 🍑 um um um…Oh my gosh, when we would go to pot lucks, I always hunted down my mom’s chicken and pie😂😂😂 RIP mama❤ I have 9 grands and I sure do know what you’re talking about…lol I love your videos and I adore you, you are a friend I haven’t met. You are a grand matriarch and it is evident how much you love your family and how much they love you. II just wanted to tell you thanks for all the content and entertainment you have given me this past year or two. I can imagine how hard it is to put yourself and your life out there in the public. You are so brave and I thank you for that because your videos means so much to me. Look at me go on and on… I just thought maybe it would be fair if I put myself out there a little bit like you do and let you know a little somesomething about one of your faithful viewers. I love when you talk about the good old days. When we were kids growing up? I love it brings such good memories. Do you remember the corn suckers? When we were kind of broke in and out, but a nickel we bow some corn sucker. It was shaped like a piece of corn on a stick and you couldn't bite it. You couldn't do nothing but suck it. Cause it if you try to buy your tickets stuck together. It lasted forever. I remember we were so poor we didn't never go to the Doctor never go to the dentist.Never had a cavity.Never got sick gotten.Jesus had our bad.We had a house surrounded by the woods with a muska.Damn band down the hill and pitch trees plum trees galore We had a Tarzan Van we called.We swing from one end of this big giant deep ditch We? Were very poor but we were so very blessed. Those were the best days of my life. The music best music in the world. I still listen to It. Still love it.
