Young Nails can give me a late birthday gift… PLEASE please please 😞 do a video doing an acrylic set using someone with difficult cuticles 💔 I get a lot of first time clients that have difficult cuticles… extreme nail bitters….. and idk I’ve been trying to figure out what’s the quickest way to speed up my prep process with these difficult cuticles 😭 Btw I’ve ALWAYS used all your prep materials since the beginning of my nail journey (I get very little to ZERO lifting on all my clients) recently I purchased about 10 cover acrylic powders from your acrylic line… I LOVE LOVE them all…. I am slowly transitioning to all young nails acrylic powders 😊 I’m in love with ALL of the cover powders I purchased. Young nail products are a bit of the pricy side but so so SO worth it!

We don't have a carry on that we use. For our builder gels our concealer pink, peach and blush are almost direct matches to said powders her on this vid.

I decided to try working with Speed White to work on my acrylic-to-powder ratio and holy cow, I was quickly humbled by how much work I need to do to improve because I kept having the issue that Habib did when he had too much liquid on his brush. Any tips on how to approach the Speed line as far as liquid-to-powder ratio?
It's really the same concept just getting used to the different properties of speed. Keep practicing soon you won't have any issues. You can mix them as well to try and even the set time out
I have the speed clear in your old packaging (purple jar) and it sets too fast for me. The lady recommended it😬. Love the clarity of the clear though... its like super Crystal Clear. I live in the Bahamas and its normally hot but i have ceiling fans on. Would that effect it? What would you guys recommend?
speed is our fastest setting powder. it begins to set in 60 seconds but heat also helps it set faster. I would recommend working in a cooler room if you can or just cooling down the room, that may help a little bit. If you are looking for a recommendation for a new powder, I would try our core powder as it begins to set in 90 seconds. the heat will still speed up the setting but hopefully that will give you a little more time.
Honestly do I really need the core extra 30 sec for a beginner or can I use speed I have never worked w acrylic before but core is an extra 40$ 😢so trying to see does those 30 sec matter
The Speed Clear is our fastest setting product and Core is our slower setting product. Slick Pour powders are a finer milled powder so they don't look grainy when used as a dip service. If you try to use the Speed or Core as a dip, they will not be as clear because they aren't as finely milled.

Core powders just set a little slower than cover powders. If you need more time to work with the products then core powders are good for you.

can you mix the two lines? Like if I ran out of core clear could I use speed clear?
You can 100% use speed clear instead of core clear. They look exactly the same but the speed will set faster than the core powder.

You could use any of them. When it gets really warm/hot here you could use core and then mild use cover and cooler use speed.
