There’s been a lot of work gone in to it to try and make it a decent track car. As you can imagine there’s not a lot of “off the shelf” parts for it, so a lot of making what we know works fit. There’s a few more things we need to iron out but more than happy with how it performed on its debut 👌🏽
Love what you've done with the Cortina. Was a great joy to watch it battling through the field. Will have to make sure I get some snaps of it should it be constant appearance in the series. 🙌
Great to meet you guys and see the car in person. It’s looks and sounds glorious at full song. A credit to you and your team. Looking forward to seeing how this does in the series.
Great channel guys all 3 of you are entertaining and the driving is spot on. Please keep uploading. Watched this race last weekend. I think Josh surprised a few fellow racers in the second race. The rally training really paid off . Slid her all the way to a 3rd. Well done mate.
Yeah rallying definitely helped out in the slippy conditions I think Josh felt more at home sliding about a bit! The onboard camera from the 2nd race is a good watch 👍🏽

Just happened across your video. Great project great car brought back happy memories of yesteryear with my red Mk2 . Shame about the Mazda (light bulb) incident, that’s racing I guess disappointing nevertheless after such a hard work. Good luck fellers!
@@avin_the_crack very well done I'm happy now 👍 , I have work done on my track car by a guy who builds and prepares race MK1 Cortina's , so I get to have a look around the work shop that's the first MK2 proper spec I've seen , like I said very well done 👍 !
