Hey Sebastian, thanks for reviewing this house. I own both Re-Charge Black Pepper and Bushukan -- both are superb! Re-Charge Black Pepper reminds me of one of my favourite Guerlain fragrances ... the dearly departed Coriolan. Bushukan is a beautiful citrus with lots of depth and I detect some woods as well. Keep up the great reviews.
I used to own Bushukan but ran out but I also thought it was discontinued? Never got into the Re-charge Black Pepper but enjoyed the shower gel for it. I'll follow up to test out the RBP again if I can. :)
Great review - giving the house the attention it deserves. I have the Russian Leather (Dark Leather) EDP - one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled.
@@ThePerfumeGuy Good call - that will be a collector's item amongst true fans in the future. For what it's worth, I've tried the Dark Leather EDP and in my amateur opinion, there isn't much of [if any] difference in smell or performance. Absolute honour to speak with you, sir!
I first discovered this house via their Grapefruit + Vetiver shower gel while staying at a boutique hotel. My husband and I both loved it. This fragrance has since been discontinued. Their shower gels are pretty pricey, but they're an everyday luxury and also make a nice gift.
Massive MB fan here - this review proves fragrances are very personal / subjective. I have 5 EDPs from Molton Brown and Neon Amber is my number 2 (just bought a new EDP bottle yesterday). Deep woody / leather notes with a creamy, Tonka finish - love it! I get so many compliments when I wear this and I will always have a bottle, so please don't disregard based on this review, as I think it's genuinely one of the most interesting fragrances they offer. No1 has to go to Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel though 👌👌👌

I like their shower gels but I haven't gotten my nose on their fragrances.
I have the Russian Leather and Geranium Nefertum EDT's and shower gels. Both great. Can always get good prices at designer outlets in UK.

I need to pick the new one up! I have my Russian Leather stored away! :)

Yes to gifts for sure. Great luxurious products! :)
My faves are MESMERIZING OUDH ACCORD AND GOLD and ORANGE AND BERGAMOT
I walk past the Molton Brown boutique all the time, but have never ventured to go inside and explore. Maybe they need to improve their marketing.
There use to be a Molton Brown store in the Short Hills Mall in NJ. I bought the ouhd and gold bodywash and lotion. I missed that scent.

Fav: temple trees shower gel. Wish they had the perfume.
Hey Sebastian!❤❤I haven’t tried these but milk musk sounds really good 😊
Hi Sebastian, between COASTAL CYPRESS & SEA FENNEL EDP or EDT?? Which one would you stay with? Thankss 😉
EDP is great. The EDT might be better on very hot days! :)
Is there any scent that has black tea and cedar?
Great house - I love Suede Orris too
Based on the notes alone, they all seem masculine leaning. I guess one would need to sample them to get a true feel.
👍👍👍I have never try this brand for the moment
Hopefully you get to try this house.
Try orange and bergamot, stunning
Mesmerising Oud reminds me of Amouage Interlude
Please review the new Balmain collection, the bottles really caught my attention
Milk musk one of my favorites ever
Thanks Sebastian ❤
Thank you! :)
Molton Brown Milk Musk is in my top 10 forever.
It's certainly a great scent. Super cozy and delicious.
Patiently waiting for the in depth video on Fifty Four. C'mon man!
Yesss Labdanum Dusk is 💥💥💥
For sure it's awesome!!
I found that russian leather is still on molton brown site
I feel like amber and ambroxan get conflated a lot.
🌹
I always feel suspicious when a brand say that all their fragrances are unisex. Yeah...right. Nice marketing gimmick.
Well it can be because many women like more masculine smells and many men like more feminine smells… but I understand what you are saying.
