Indian Navy Ship Sumedha welcomed in Fremantle

Indian Navy Ship (INS) Sumedha visited Fremantle in Western Australia this week as part of the global celebrations for India’s 75th Anniversary of Independence or ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. The Indian Navy will deploy ships to every continent except Antarctica, and INS Sumedha, with a crew of 150, will be the sole Indian Navy ship in Australia during the ‘Mahotsav’celebrations.
