I read him for FILTH, then he thought ignoring me was going to force a reverse Hoover! THINK AGAIN!! I blocked that backwards walking giraffe on EVERYTHING. So whatever smear campaign he’s telling I have no idea of. I was so done I didn’t care for closure. Moved on with my life and have been glowing ever since 😬💁🏾♀️.

That is so true. I've always been kinda nonchalant, but since I left that guy and started praying to heal, I've been so joyful. I can laugh and dance for the stupidest thing now.

I use to break no contact for the reasons mentioned, but I got wise, now, I could care less what he says, or about what he may say to others about me, I simply don’t care anymore at all.
My soon X husband already had his bimbo baboon coworker for his monkey branch, he's just boozing it up and he's comfortable in that Swamp. I did go no contact for my well being last year, just gotta get this divorce finalized. No closure is their game so I gave it to myself. Ty T

It feels so good to know that I have not been crazy these past three years! Whenever I tried to end things and he didn’t blow up or turn things around on me, he would ask, “What are you gonna tell people”. In my naivety, I would say, “it’s no one’s business”. When it would have been everyone’s! He wanted me to protect his image. My goodness. Keep me protected Lord.
Nine months of no contact, and I can tell you, you're not telling a single lie. We got to hold firm in our boundaries. My nex is relentless and trying to get me to break no contact. I refuse to exchange my calm energy for his chaotic energy. Nothing changed. He's miserable, tortured, and unhinged. He can keep all that right where he is. No contact gives you back your power. Don't give it away.

I really went through that and I prayed for strength. You cannot trust them thank God I’m free.
I have absolutely no remorse towards them. My son has sickle cell disease and was in hospital for 10days and his grandmother showed absolutely lack of empathy towards him. No care whatsoever and now am doing same shes crying and sending fly monkeys to me. Shes never been in the lives of her grandchildren and barely knows anything about them because she is self centred and absorbed. I stayed no contact with them and never went back. Focus on myself and my kids especially my son as he is my priority number 1. To hell with whoever chose not to be in our lives or support us. Karma doesn't miss an address

Telsha is so right, after this last lie I just said to him I gotta go with no crying or fussing. I broke no contact 8 days later bc I need him to remove his name off a document. He usually blocks me ; but this time didn’t. I called several times and texted, the Demon didn’t pick up. I know he’s got a supply ; but he’s purposefully not giving me what needs to be done as his last form of control. He has also silenced all no contacts bc I had the company call him too and it went straight to voicemail SMH. So I haven’t tried again in 2 weeks and will not again. Telsha knows what she’s talking about, heal become whole and keep it moving indefinitely and never let them return. Their Demons and crazy and really belong in a mental ward or somewhere with Freddy Kruger , The Gremlins or that creature from Geepers. Creepers . Close the door and wake up from A Nightmare On Narc Street

Don’t hate the person, they are scary natured broken hurt children in adult bodies who play games and hurt others to deflect from their underlying issues often with many unclean sprits attached to them and the grim reaper of karma constantly chasing them down to deliver cosmetic retribution to them for how they mishandle peoples energy in purely evil & uncalled for ways for lack of a better term
Don’t hate the people, pray for them because they gonna need it, don’t enable or supply them with any Energy Or Attention so they can attend to & address those demons without you in the middle of ANY of that

I am blown away! I am JUST now starting to recognize these signs in my ex. I thought I was crazy the entire relationship. He pushed my buttons sooo much to the brink of me becoming enraged. He would always “record” the aftermath but never what he did leading me to my breaking point. I eventually got tired of being the only one trying to communicate, work out issues and things that weren’t even mine. So I’m gone. He would always talk about energy and how it transfers. Said he could “sense” danger and would dictate the places we could and couldn’t go. A lotttt of mind games. Thank you for your teachings ❤
It's called reactive abuse. They want you to respond in anger so they can record it and blame you. They are very sick people. Best to cut and run.

My ex knew how to manipulate my emotions, playing chess while I was simply trying to love-to make me feel like I was crazy for wanting attention when he was the one being shady. I needed him, wanting him to be that rock, but when I needed him the most, he ghosted like a bad horror movie, only to swing back at the worst times-like some psychotic ex coming back to haunt me. And when he apologized later with those sad sob stories, he played on my sympathy just to reel me back in, making me feel sorry for him while simultaneously pushing me away. He gave me every sign that he was nothing more than a boy trying to be a man but failing because he wanted every ounce of coddling and none of the accountability.

Mines discarded me a little over 10mths ago yet he still hoovers me, has my photos up & refused to remove them off social media so now i deliberately i let him follow me on social media & comment & i ignore him😂😂😂. Its become a game to me, "do unto others as they do unto u. " i believe his ways have rubbed off on me. He said he discarded me because he couldn't figure out what he'd done wrong, hed started loosing sleep and after my discard with the new supply he sent me videos of him looking awful even though hed put me on no contact. So now i laugh everytime he mirrors me, comments or hearts a post, i ignore it😂😂😂pay back is a B...H!!! 😆😄🤣😅🥳

I have gone no contact. I haven't heard or even seen him. I was sitting in my Church and who walks in the Narcissist. I wasn't sure how I could get out, my back was to him. A kind lady walked out with me. She carried a large purse.

I've been separated for two years from my narc. He is still trying to get me to respond to his Facebook request. We had the same CPA to file our taxes. He didn't give them his number so they could contact him.
So, they called me for his number.

Thank God she has done you a solid. It's reverse psychology. She wants you to come begging after her. Take this time to heal. Only God can deal with a narcissist.. They often have deep-rooted trauma. However, they are very prideful. They are deceived by their pride. Jesus saves, not us.
