  • लॉकडाउन मध्ये कूकर मध्ये बनवा गव्हाच्या पिठाचा केक. न यीस्ट चा वापर, न तासन तास कणिक मळायचे टेन्शन. अक्षरश: पोळीच्या पिठापासून ब्रेड तोही बेकरी पेक्षा भारी :) २० मिनिटांत ब्रेड बनवून तयार
    व्हीट ब्रेड बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
    • 3 कप गव्हाचं पीठ / कणिक
    • १/२ चमचा मीठ
    • १ चमचा खायचा सोडा
    • १ चमचा बेकिंग पावडर
    • २ कप ताक
    • बटर
    • पांढरे तीळ

    We can bake the bread at home. Yes, that too wheat bread. This is a very easy and simple recipe that required few ingredients. It neither requires yeast nor fermentation. You don’t need oven for that. You can make it in cooker or kadhai too. It turns out nice and fluffy same as we get in the market. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me.     Ingredients:
    • 3 cups Wheat flour
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 1 tsp Baking powder
    • 2 cups Buttermilk
    • Butter
    • White sesame seeds
    Method:
    • Take wheat flour into a bowl.
    • Add salt, baking soda, baking powder and mix everything well together.
    • You can strain these if you want.
    • Add buttermilk and knead nice and soft dough like puran poli dough.
    • Give the dough the shape of loaf.
    • Take baking tray and grease it well with oil.
    • You can use any other pot if you don’t have tray.
    • The only thing is it won’t have that bread shape.
    • Transfer the dough loaf into the tray and spread it evenly.
    • Spread butter on upper side of it.
    • You can use oil if you don’t have butter.
    • Spread sesame seeds on the dough.
    • You can spread kalonji in place of sesame seeds too.
    • Preheat the kadhai on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
    • Place a stand at the base of kadhai and place the bread tray on it.
    • Cover with lid and bake on a little higher that medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
    • Turn off the gas and let the bread be in the kadhai for about 10 minutes.
    • Insert a tooth pick, if it comes out clean the bread is baked well.
    • Again spread a little butter on the bread.
    • Take the tray out of the kadhai and cover it with wet napkin or cotton cloth for about 1 1/2
    hours.
    • Remove the cloth and loosen the edges and flip the bread over into a dish.
    • Wheat bread is all ready.
