You are doing a great job with the herbs. I grow a few so watched this with interest. Love your videos, it’s a different lifestyle from here in crowded concrete England .
experiment with scented geraniums(pelargoniums)You will love them....trust me...lol...so many medicinal, practical and culinary uses.... there are multiple citrus scented chocolate mints apple etc..
in the evening hours they release scent which drifts through my Montana garden and adds such a nice
layer

Never seen mint grow leaves that large!! That dill looks so good…I love to make ranch with yogurt and dill for cucumber and tomatoes 🍅😊

Like you I have a lot of plants growing out of control right now, both edible herbs, salad greens and indoors pothos, philodendrons and various other houseplants: nothing nicer than being able to divide and propagate and share them with friends! I have made sage smudges, very invigorating and supposed to be cleansing for a new space. Soap is difficult, the pH is hard to get right? IDK, but anyway, you reminded me to try (again).

Ally what was the low and slow oven temp for drying the herbs? Did you exactly say did I miss it? Well please advise as herbs abound as you know so finding many ways to use them besides fresh is a plus. Was the buttery looking herb just a spice it up style of cooking or was it a health aid.. Noticed you had a sun burn. Love the channel both of you two because I have an old 1950 Chevy Truck and grow all sorts of stuff in my front yard and my back yard too.

Metals detox? This is very interesting. Do you have any more info on this?
The easiest is to soak in Epsom salts. But use duck duck go server and look up detoxing from metals. It will give you how we take them in and how to get rid of them. Celery juicing is good also.
