You're absolutely right, what we put in our bodies, the physical practices, the spiritual and emotional care all play a part in being our best selves. It's true, we can't control what other people say or do but we certainly can control how we react and as you mentioned, putting ourselves in someone else's shoes, helps to give us a better understanding. I'm pretty sure I'll be revisiting this video, when I need to check myself! 😉

About truth,there's your truth,there's their truth and then there's the facts,statistics,reality and they will not be denied. P.S. It's a nice thought,but 99% of the people that cut you off in traffic don't have an emergency,the majority are selfish people that hit the snooze button too many times.
