Hi Justin, I am an interior design student and a doting mom of two beautiful daughters Returning to school is exciting and fun but learning new software is daunting! Thank you to your videos they are extremely helpful fora novice like myself. I feel more confident and not as scared to use interior design software anymore. :)
just a quick question! when you are done with the 3d model, is there a render button sorta thing that allows you to capture the scene you want from the enscape window?
Thanks again for the lovely tutorials. I have seen you doing tutorials for sketchup, twinmotion, enscape and D5 render (so far).. I am genuinely curious to know which of these is your favorite? thanks.
You have very helpful video about twilight rendering and enscape in your sketchup channel, you can delete them from that channel and re-upload them here (one video every one or two days) in this way you will make the two channels more organize and get more subscribers in this channel as you will upload videos frequently.
I'm not sure if that's the direction I want to go - I like having at least some rendering tutorials on the other channel, but it's not a bad idea - thanks for the suggestion!
Hi Justin, thanks for the vid. Two questions: Will you be taking a look at Lumion as well? And does Enscape provide an object library for like plants, furniture, people, etc?
I will be at some point, I just haven't gotten there yet (plus a Lumion license is a bit spendy :) ) Enscape does not provide an object library at the moment - thanks!
Hi, I installed enscape and trying to fly around the model but instead of the camera moving, the object moving (like when you hit "E" key, the object will go down instead of the camera to go up). Kindly advice.
I mean, there's always a matter of opinion here, and sometimes it really depends on the kind of renderings you're trying to create as well - at some point, I would like to do a comparison video, though I don't always like those because people want one program to "win," and it's never that simple
@@TheRenderingEssentials Thanks for your answer, I am asking you that cause I am studying for some time now the Lumion, I am getting good results, but still not good as 3dmx :) I was wondering is worth to dive and study this soft as well if I can get more realistic interior renders for example, here are some of my results thanks to you ;) www.dropbox.com/sh/svr4pwglgvtwrjs/AACNaXhRo04ukesKwgN7DJEDa?dl=0
out of curiosity what computer are you running for all of your render work? I have an 8th gen hp i5 and when I try to run enscape it sends an error saying my gpu is being used and cannot open the program. Im wondering if maybe I need to update my laptop?
I talked about it in this video - ruclips.net/video/17tduNYm6rQ/видео.html - that's a weird error though - are you running anything in the background? Have you tried updating your drivers?
Sorry for my english. I have a problem when I render a model from Sketchup, often (90%) I can't see glass materials (e.g windows) even if I add the word "glass" in the material name or setting up transparency of custom/original glass materials from Enscape plugin. It's totally transparent without reflections. It's as if there was no material at all.
Are you sure the front side of the face is facing outward? If you have back sides of faces facing the camera, the glass doesn't always show up properly...
Correct - There's a list of the keywords on this page - enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/sketchup/ - It basically just sets the way that Enscape treats whatever material you bring in. Thanks!
i'm very interested by render sofware, the real time rendering is exciting but i not yet try some, Enscape seems to be not so realistic than Vray but it looks nice anyway, thanks for the video
I think Vray has a lot more options, but Enscape can actually create some amazing images as well - one of the keys is using better materials - thanks for watching!
Hey Justin. I was wondering if you could do a video on the best graphics card settings for optimal quality renderings? Alternatively, could you post a pic of your graphics card settings that we can refer to? Thank you.
I think it's linked in the notes below the video. My desktop PC has a 1080ti, and my laptop is an MSI with a GTX1070, though these might be a bit of overkill for Enscape. They're great to have for Lumion though...
Bro, I have learned more from your videos than I have in my 5years in architecture college
Can't tell you how much your videos have helped me as an interior architecture student! Thank you so much for yet another great video!

Thank you so much! I really like your sketchup tutorials and fortunately I found this too. Thanks, it really is very helpful!!
Glad it helped!
thanks for these great tips ! is it possible create frosted glass in enscape 2.3?
thank you for the evaluation. I heard about enscape from another architect. I use Sketchup and this seems like a great complement to that software.
Glad it was helpful!

Never seen something like this before
it looks amazing
I really do like Enscape - it's very easy to use!
Hey dude thanks for this one helps a lot!
Glad it helped!
Hello mate. can you do any cooperation of Lumion vs Enscape? i am wondering which of them can do more realistic renders?
Thanks

can enscape will import heavy sketchup file
Could you do an overview of Artlantis? I would like to see the differences with Enscape and Lumion (especially the textures and lighting)
Maybe at some point - at the moment I don't have a license for Artlantis

How would you go about capturing the render
Thank you 😃

What about bringing in materials outside of Sketch up default materials, do you just need to give them an accurate name , for example wood (oak) ...
Correct - There's a list of the keywords on this page - enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/sketchup/ - It basically just sets the way that Enscape treats whatever material you bring in. Thanks!

What is your system configuration?
www.therenderingessentials.com/mypc
Is it only for the window platform ?
I believe that's correct. I don't think Enscape supports Mac at the moment...
what is the best enscape or Vray???
Not nearly enough information about useage to answer this question
Hey Justin. I was wondering if you could do a video on the best graphics card settings for optimal quality renderings? Alternatively, could you post a pic of your graphics card settings that we can refer to? Thank you.
www.therenderingessentials.com/mypc - Graphics card settings vary WILDLY depending on the program you're using
Which is your graphics card

You Know if enscape works in Mac?
I don't believe so
can i use this enscape in sketchup 2015 ??
Don't know - haven't tested it with 2015...
Give twilight render hobby a go in the next tutorial
I'll get it on the list - I've had a few requests for Twilight, but haven't covered it on this channel yet - thanks!
