For me its enscape = quicker, easier and superior workflow for decently good results while D5 = slower and slightly buggy and worse workflow but superior overall results.
D5 gives Enscape a run for its money, specially with it's library. But Enscape is so fast , has very low impact on the computer, and is so well integrated with the modeler software that you can use it throughout the design process, it becomes part of it. Also the last update to the GI engine makes the renders appear very natural. D5 is a software you use once the design is finished and you are ready to work on the presentation, problem is that export times are still very long specially for video, in that case I would go to Twinmotion instead.
Perfect that's what I think too, I agree with you, I miss a bit more speed, Enscape is my favorite, but D5 for outdoor I prefer...I just have to keep trying. Thanks Melos Azemi.
I was using Enscape but honestly D5 has really stepped it up with their AI. The only thing is it is missing the QR code 360 view and standalone walkthrough link that Enscape can create
I have D5 pro for lifetime since the software came out. And I haven’t completely jumped to D5 for three reasons, the reflections look too metallic, compared them with real-life or CPU-based rendering, the AO contact shadows lack of depth and there’s a noise problem in the DoF. And after all the new features and improvements they have added, they still have those three issues, seeing this makes me say that Enscape looks better in those areas.
To be honest, Enscape gets the best and most realistic results when it comes to interior renderings. I have no idea how the people from Enscape managed to get such good results and at an incredible speed....In conclusion, for me personally, Enscape works the best.
my clients are satisfied with enscape output, even with that "screen recording" video walkthrough 😭 I just upgrade my pc, but afraid to try d5, as the "low end" render demand still high in my area..

Dodged Enscape in Jan 2023 for D5 and never looked back.

Agree, enscape is like a render viewport inside revit....both are great tools

at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what software you use as long as your client is ok with the output.
D5 render is the best
no doubt

The only thing i like in d5 render is they have round corner material option and livesync with revit.
Thank you so much, can you please share the HDRi you used for the Enscape Model?
Can I save settings or effects in the D 5 Rendr program and enter them with the press of a button for a shortcut?

You are correct, also D5 renders have too much sharpening on the edges , does't look natural

I believe enscape should be upgraded to a standalone software so they can add more features.
I like D5 for final Render. But I love Enscape for daily works. Use Enscape fit AI is the best 😊
Most awaited..👍
anybody in here know how to fix enscape library asset not working?
Hello. Can I run Enscape as a standalone application. I downloaded a trial version and installed it but there is no icon to run it :/
no you cant, its only inside sketchup app
Do U need sketchup for this software?
The Enscape team really needs to wake up, their software is almost out of the competition.
D5 all the way!
when you want to compare 2 programs, you need to compare the final renders.
Enscape❤
Enscape still win.
D5 still the best 🎉

Iron the neck of your shirt man you’re live!! Haha no hate, big fan!
