always good to see all the All Stars in Action listening to these men have literally made me double the fisherman I used to be thank you surf casters journal you guys are awesome
That was soo cool, I’d love to rifle through one of your surf bags... it’s the Indian behind the arrow right ? Yeah I gotta step my game up and work on my cadence etc.... has the fall run started yet by you Johnny ? ????
John those lure hip bags where'd you buy them or did you customize them to your needs? if the latter do you have a video showing us how you customized them , your lures seem to be accessible easy ,
my guesses for the various locations in the opening: 1. NFC 2.Gilgo State Park 3. Camp Hero bluffs 4.Just east of Demo 5. Under the Montauk Lighthouse 6. Cape Cod Canal 7. North Bar area 8, 9, 10 Sewer Pipe and just further east
Mr. Skinner, I'm from Fl. and I've being trying to Surfish using lures like the ones you use. Very Little Few fish, Jacks, lady fish and one snook in a period of six months.....?? Have you surfish down here, any advice...
miguel goizueta the northeast is a little different than fishing Florida. Bucktails and paddletail soft plastics like storm wildeye is tsunami swim shads along with sebile magic swimmers should do decent in the right conditions down there. But my friend also manages tarpon on a Daiwa Salt pro Minnow so it really depends. I would recommend keeping it as basic as possible Down there should help. Poppers, bucktails, soft plastics.
John skinner ! Please remove that dam pull down grab handle off your rear hatch , how many times have you knocked your head on it ? Other then that I'm going to build me a killer bucktail like you do , hope I catch a halibut like you do too ! Cheers from California
Much respect to the veterans but no reason I should be seeing any of these elders keeping stripers come on how many you need to decrease for an ego????
Too much time spent "name dropping" and presuming that we all knew what he was talking about. For each item mentioned, whether recommended or not, should be held up and displayed to the camera.

A legend. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
i like when he pulls a lure out , and says" this thing is beat up for a reason ".
Great brush up, your thoughts are always very helpful
If you dont have a guppy lure then you are missing a lure that outcasts anything you have in those bags.
John banged his head so many times on the handle of that jeep he was hospitalized after filming this vid for head trauma lol
I am having a bunch of problems trying to find what we called teasers(deer hair dressed trebles)in any size or quantity.WHERE ?
