I don't even know why I don't know better after so many years of training with Pam...:D I always fall for the title, start overconfident and then wonder at the end why I'm sweating so much or why my heartbeat is through the roof. it's PERFECT for switching it up or doing it on a "no cardio day" when you don't wanna dance around. thank you for all your effort Pam and of course, Mama Reif!🥰🤍

Just did this today. I will be honest and say I have mixed feelings. I have asthma and I've not done exercise in a long time. I struggled to get through this in one set amount of time without stopping multiple times for water and 1 inhaler use. I hope I get better at this to achieve one set but I'm also telling myself that I'm starting out and that's okay. Loved the routine you've put together ❤️ I am proud of myself for finishing it though.

I usually prefer jumpy and dancy cardio because I’m too bored with slow and no-jumping ones buuuuut this one is definitely not boring at all! And i think it’s the perfect workout for summer 😂❤
