    Hi Pam! Been using your workouts since I was 14. It’s been 4 years now. I was extremely insecure and unfit when I started. Now I just finished my first marathon 🥲🥲 you’ve helped me the entire way!! Your workouts gave me such a strong strength and aerobic foundation for fitness.     This one is A-MAZING! No jump, no running, yet it is challenging and perfect for strengthening. My muscles worked in a very intentional way with this video, and the pace kept my heart steady but not bored 😂 Love it ❤💖🫶🏻

    You had me at "No Jumping" 😆 I'm in my 40's and sometimes my joints are not in the mood to jump around but I still crave a sweaty cardio routine. This was the perfect balance of challenging and doable for all levels and stages of life. More like this please 💗

    don't let yourself get fooled... just because it says no jumping, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS EASY!!!! I don't even know why I don't know better after so many years of training with Pam...:D I always fall for the title, start overconfident and then wonder at the end why I'm sweating so much or why my heartbeat is through the roof. it's PERFECT for switching it up or doing it on a "no cardio day" when you don't wanna dance around. thank you for all your effort Pam and of course, Mama Reif!🥰🤍

    Love everything about this one: The music 🎶, the palms 🌴, the golden hour light 🌅, your beauty 🫶🏼😍 and of course the workout. It is not so hard that you feel dead in the end. In combination with your other harder workouts this is a nice switch! Training with you since over 3,5 years and it never get‘s boring ♥️🫶🏼

I’m in your community since 2021 and you took me from wearing L to wearing XS.     Hey Pam I was 12 when I started working out since I gained a lot of weight and tried to lose it but I didn’t just quit after losing weight I am gonna be 16 years old soon and I am still working out with you 🫶The happiest and strongest I’ve ever been ❤Love your workouts since they are really enjoyable with the music,background and the challenging moves.Everything is just perfect.Will always love working out with you💞And also bought your Cake bar from Rossmann yesterday and they are deliciouss😘Remember you’ve helped so many people including me be more confident in their body thank u a lot for that:))

    I have to say it was the first workout where I didn't sweat. Out of breath as always, of course, but I missed sweating :) I'm still happy that you're doing workouts without jumping, since I'm not allowed to do that at the moment since it's only been 4 months since my cruciate ligament surgery. keep it up❤

    youre a lifesaver Pam🙏🙏 as much as i love jumping cardios, my spine REALLY hurts whenever i jump. This is perfect (except for the planks, my spine hurts when i do them too... either way this is so much fun!!)

    Just did this today. I will be honest and say I have mixed feelings. I have asthma and I've not done exercise in a long time. I struggled to get through this in one set amount of time without stopping multiple times for water and 1 inhaler use. I hope I get better at this to achieve one set but I'm also telling myself that I'm starting out and that's okay.
    Loved the routine you've put together ❤️ I am proud of myself for finishing it though.

    Pam… I did ur workout and I got a nosebleed halfway through (it’s normal for me dw). I just put some paper up there and continued. Nothing can break my willpower to complete Pam’s workouts without breaks!! 😂😂

    I usually prefer jumpy and dancy cardio because I’m too bored with slow and no-jumping ones buuuuut this one is definitely not boring at all!
    And i think it’s the perfect workout for summer 😂❤
