Hello from a Swede. Fika or coffee break as it is, you don't have to have a lot of sweets. For me, a cup of tea and just sitting and talking can be enough.
07:01 Because we had a lot more small cookies. Not sure why but we have something called 7 kinds of cookies. Because in the old days, when you invited people, you would have different kinds of small cookies and why exactly 7 kinds of cakes were made, I am a little unsure. but one of the best recipe books you can have at home here in Sweden. If you say that to a Swede, most people can remember that recipe book in some way. Either you have it yourself or even friends or grandma and grandpa. Available in both new and old books and may look slightly different.
07:31 because we don't always invite people over, we prefer to meet in a cafe or similar social place. If the weather is nice and the sun is out, it's easy to sit out and enjoy. It's just about taking a break for a while and thinking about something else.
