I'm so grateful you compared the 26 with the alma bb because as much as I love the alma bb that size just doesnt' work for me. So now you have me on the Neiman Marcus website looking at the 28. LOL

This is such a cute sillouhette! However, I think the 35 for work will be showing some wear very quickly 🫠🫠 The color though is stunning!
@@mrsleyva it definitely will show somewhere very quickly… Which is part of the character that’s built on the bag so to speak… But this leather is just not quite like the vintage Coach leather so there lies my disappointment. The color is just perfect. But I’ll showcase this week that it’s very close to the speedy so I can’t justify it…
It sounds like you've bought enough things that you know if something is going to work. Thank you for posting; there are a lot curious people out there who would to see before ordering. And while this bag is not as expensive as LV, its still a considered purchase for most. I can remember when Speedy's cost as much as this one. Gloved tan leather is gorgeous, but prone to scratches and they could have scratched it while trying to pack it. If people are going to use it for a daily wear, it might not be the best choice. I do have glove tanned pieces that I've used a lot and eventually scratches sort of blend into the leather. Those first few scratches are are tough. Again, thanks fir sharing. Good luck!
Thank you for your input… I have had my share of purchases and I think it’s why it has allowed me to be pretty ruthless with what I end up keeping. I actually have a follow up video going up next week regarding the leather and comparing it to my vintage Coach. It’s just not quite the same leather unfortunately. But it’s still beautiful nonetheless.

Well, there is that. I understand. I have vintage and the newer glove leather bags. The scratches don't show up as badly in the black. I've only kept two brown Coach bags, because the scratches and flaws don't blend in as well. I think it's funny that what people of my age called old lady bags are now in style. The old ladies now carry Baggalini, Vera Bradley, Dooney and Bourke and vintage Coach. 😅 Interesting, isn't it?

It’s a beautiful bag but I understand your reasons for possibly sending it back. It’s interesting that Coach came out with 3 sizes for this bag. I’d be curious to try out the 26 size. Thank you for sharing! 🤎
I was surprised about the 3 different sizes as well. I did end up sending her back and didn’t feel bad at all. It just wasn’t right for me. That 35 size still has me wondering, though 😅
How did you get a 28? They only have 35 and 26 on the coach website.
@@BagGirlZara I think I share later on in this video the sizing options…..but, this is a department store exclusive size and I purchased mine from Neiman Marcus.
Hmmmm…I really like the style & color but…I would send it back as well. I like the Lauren line by Ralph Lauren in the Marcy or Hannah. I just like a really durable bag and I find for me Coach isn’t creating what I need in the price range I prefer. These larger top handle satchels & hobos look like this season’s style. I hope you find something you love because I understand being very selective with your choices. 😊
I’m loving the larger bags! I’m not one to carry a ton, but it’s certainly much better than the mini bags. I’ll have to check the two recommendations! TY
@@WhatLeslyeLoves I have a small mix of sizes, but the tote-ish sizes are my go-to for work. I can toss my tablet and notepad in them. I have a Florentine leather/black small Barlow that’s like a small tote/satchel & a drawstring Aimee in caramel/pebbled leather both Dooneys. These are my current favs I reach for. I purchased both on the I Love Dooney site.

Its a pretty bag but…sigh…its not the runway bag. 😔 I was really hoping these bags were going to have that rugged and lived in look with the distressed leather like the ones from the runway.
But, thanks for sharing.
I agree. I wanted it to be slouchier and I’m just not certain this leather will ever have that look/feel.
Coach announced the runway one (Size 45) will be coming in September

@@katrinaevans7872 it isn’t a damaged bag, but rather a leather that’s in the sensitive side of things. I did end up sending her back, however.
