Gz250 Exhaust Mod

No one makes an exhaust baffle for a 1.3" exhaust pipe so I made my own! The gz250 was to loud with no muffler, so a couple washers, and a nipple later we have a nice DIY exhaust baffle.

Have you driven the bike around with the muffler cut off at all? I'm curious about whether or not it will mess up the carburetor air/fuel ratios at all.

I rejetted, the factory jetting was to lean to begin with. If you take the muffler off without rejetting the bike will be even leaner which is not good. The jetting specs are in the video description.
