I don't know if Coke is different in the US, but it would have to be nearly completely "flat" to get the results you show here. That would have foamed over the top with fresh US Coke. Neat idea, but it would have to be used with unsweetened beverages (at least in the US). It's the sweeteners that make the bubbles more resistant to popping and allow them to grow large enough to foam over.

Neat video, but you have two minor problems there:
1. Cardboard and wet stuff don't combine
2. After some days that pipe and motor will be full of nasty stuff that'll accumulate and decay over time. My take would be putting another motor with alcohol or something similar (which isn't toxic) on it, which cleans itself once a day or so.
