Got 3 speedy bee 55a stacks. Every single esc has had a problem.

I've had multiple speedybee v3 stacks and they've also all had esc issues. They either blow up, or the esc just goes missing. It's garbage. The 60amp v4 seems good..... but the tmotor velox seems more reliable.

Running the mamba aio in a 3.5 and the big boy 66reactor/mini stack on a 5.5 won’t use anything else.

What about 8S capability? Looks to me thats cheapest 8S stack of recommendable brand?

  • @TechnicallyTom
    @TechnicallyTom 3 месяца назад

I usually do not use F4s. It doesn’t have anything to do with what the F4 is capable of. If you have a BMI gyro, you can’t run the pid loop faster than the F4 can handle with RPM filtering on. The reason is that it’s now the cheapest option and there’s always pressure to keep the price down to meet that price point. I am sure there are F4s that are perfectly fine but think the chances of getting bad hardware arre probably increased as the price goes down. That being said, I just purchased some FlyWoo F7s that were at a lower price but the one I am using has been working well. I like having the plugs as it makes for a cleaner easier to service build. Favorites right now are your stack, and the FlyWoo f7 as they both have barometer and both can switch off VTX power, including the 20x20 FlyWoo stack.

Skystars all day!!! If i want to go cheap then i go Jhemcu, i actually prefer a skystars bl32 esc with a repinned Jhemcu f7 fc as my go to stack, those are far far less likely to fail then any speedybee or foxeer, hands down!!! Speedybee/runcam quality just sucks ballz and is super hit and miss! foxeer does make my favorite analog camera though, the nano v5 predator, but they really need to add a heat sink to even be half as durable as skystars!!!

I run skystars now AM32 which I LOVE WAY MORE then blheli crap…. The 60 amp esc is BEEFY and my f722 pro 4 fc does so much and has so many bells n whistles! Skystars FTW!!

I got a stack f4 v4 55a and esc was bad amd fc bad out the box
..went back and forth w speedy bee and sent videos of flashing firmware and diff files and all...they still wouldnt own it amd replace it and now another one i had kist went out sitting on bench changing elrs from 250hz to 500 hz... now it wont boot up but makes the sounds when plug in battery but nothing works.....i have 4 speedy bee stacks
...never again after dealing w their customer service refusing to agknowledge i got a dead stack..
T motor f7 or foxeer f7 stacks from now on....little expensive but theyre bulletproof. Not to mention the v3 stack which i had as well had the ad card issues and they act like its your problem u bought it(they made the v4 to fix the v3 issues) after all these youtuber reviews of best stack for price u later find out about the sd card reader not working and they wint replace it.....they tried to give me free access to the app and thats it...i bring a laptop soni could care less. Horrible customer service for real and they do bad business. Its absolutely worth the money to get better stack....the v3 amd v4 f 405 stacks have alot of features but they have 4 of the 6 uarts are designated so its kinda gimmicky....i was a fan until i had an issue amd got the run around for over a minth just to be told ohh well heres our app....

Hi guys I am getting into fpvs and I wanna buy my first controller for simulators and I will keep it for sometime .

    I chose to buy elrs.
But I am confused between fcc and lbt and I am not sure what to choose.

My speedybee f405 v3 stack has given me nothing but problems. Don’t even think about putting it in a 7 inch. Also don’t flash bluejay on the esc, and do not flash inav on the FC. I got what I paid for but I still recommend against it for anything other than a budget freestyle build. IT HAS NO BLACK BOX IF YOU WANT TO USE OSD. I should have done more research.

It should work in the newest version of INAV. I also have a V3, but the USB C broke off on mine, running betaflight works fine.
The V4 is working perfectly though, I have it in 7" and 5" INAV also bluejay

The latest betaflight version also fixes the OSD / Blackbox thingy.

@@BenderFPV yes it is fixed in INAV as well. Speedybee shouldn't have sold it with knowing this didn't work at first.
