I think it's hilarious that when the guy thought he was being challenged to a fight, he accepted immediately, but then, when he realised he was being told off, he instantly apologised. I think his parents should have coordinated their parenting a little better.

Instead of "standing up for women" try "celebrating women." Just a gentle suggest. I know you're not intentionally implying any dynamic there
I get what you mean here, as some people may interpret standing up for someone to mean a person of power stepping in to defend a powerless person. However, if we acknowledge the fact that Steve being a cis, white-passing, straight, American man, and he actually is in a privileged position compared to the average woman, this makes the phrase "standing up for women" pretty accurate. I don't think there's anything wrong with acknowledging that, even though he clearly doesn't agree with it, there is a power imbalance that makes it almost a requirement that men like Steve do proudly stand up for women, or else progress is going to come much more slowly if at all.
Using "celebrating women" instead may make some feel that there's either an implication that there's not a dark reality of oppression and misogyny that he's also trying to fight, or that those struggles are being momentarily ignored in order to focus on more positive things.
I think this is a matter of personal taste rather than one being generally preferable to the other. Some people prefer a more flowery language while others prefer a more straight up approach.
One of the best ways you can celebrate women is by standing up for women. I don't mean white knighting for a woman's favor, I mean men shutting men down because they understand how mysoginistic behavior intersects with their own life. Steve has a grandmother, mother, and wife and so he intrinsically understands how mysoginistic comments and policies have an impact on him because it hurts those he loves. There's an important, and this is not to be understated, important obligation for men to shut that down.

You touched my heart, Steve. I lost my mother 15 months ago after not seeing her for two-and-a-half years. I've had both my hips replaced and in 2019 I dislocated the right hip twice. I did all the rehab except for strength training and then covid hit. My mom was in a nursing home and it got shut down and she went downhill. On March 9th 2021 I got to her hospital bed in time to hold her hand for the last 5 minutes of her life. She was unconscious. She was my best friend. I know how much you miss your dad. I wish I knew what to say to make it easier for you but I do not. But what you do and have done for me for months has helped immensely. Steve, from the bottom of this old lady's heart, thank you. Thank you so much!

Any time a man claims to love women, what he really means is, he loves women's bodies. Literally every single man I have ever met that claimed to love women proved that he only loved their bodies. Every single one of them was a misogynist.

#6 was awesome since it ended with laughter, but #8 takes the cake, since that was both owning a heckler and then schooling them; at the very least, the man didn't walk out of the show and took every insult directed at him, unlike other hecklers who either got themselves thrown out or left in disgust. I do hope someone in the audience farted in his general direction, though.

It’s a tournament, though. The winning video for each round is supposed to repeat as long as it keeps winning. That’s how tournaments work
@@cgsoldier4196 Which then raises the question: Was this the way to do this to begin with? Because I agree with IMagz. Now, it's our choice to click on the videos, but the tournament is also seeming to take the place of his normal upload schedule, so for us who enjoy keeping up with Steve but don't want to watch the same 3-4 clips every day, this is a dry spell for the channel.
I'd even take a "best of" of VARIOUS old clips every day over this if the issue is no new performances for him to post. This is just THE SAME couple of clips reuploaded every day.
Try to understand where someone's coming from instead of just giving a technical rebuttal.

So, you see the thing about hecklers is that they are called hecklers because they interrupt the planned material, and then you have to wing the response entirely. It's not humanly possible to pre-plan jokes for every possible interruption.

Pretty weak as far as heckler handling is concerned - needs to be far, far more strident - try watching some old timers like Rickles - that's how to handle a heckler or anyone for that matter.
