So let me get this straight. Bootleggers turned Mario into a circus act, a caveman, a shoddy combat robot, a street gang fighter, a chef who serves spaghetti, a Japanese martial artist, a house guard and Chun-Li’s newest adversary.
Actually Marippy its a rom hack that replaces mappy characters with the Mario ones and his job is get the stole itens

Wow, Mario’s eyes in Master Mario Bros. look so, so off… Also, Yuski (the creator of the Master Mario Bros. hack) created Pokémon versions of that hack where you can play as either Pikachu, Squirtle, Charmander, or Meowth. I hate to say it, but their sprites look… even weirder than how Mario’s sprites do, probably because they were drawn from scratch.

How can Mario be riding on Bowser? Bowser's shell is just too spiky. Yoshi or even Donkey Kong would have made more sense. But it wouldn't be as funny.😆
