That's 4 videos on blowthru.....I got a lot to learn, but I think I might be able to pull this off. Good job.

Man I like e85
Lets say i purchased a 500 2300 carb. Long as i up my jets and change it all over gasket wise i should be fine for e85? I want this turd to run but i dont need any spot on tuning. Its for a demo derby car 4.3 v6
Yeah, it should run fine as long as the tuning is close richer is better on E85
Good night wrencher, that’s a damn fine video.
I’m following your guidelines for my Quick Fuel 750.
Can I run my 383 sbc with 13.5 to 1 compression ratio on pump 91 to get it running and valves adjusted and so forth and then install the e85 carb on it? Does e85 color the plugs like gas?
Thanks again for the how to.
Yes you can but becareful, don't be too greedy with initial timing. You will be able to get it started and idling just find. Don't try to drive it around or you might run into detonation
@@NightWrencher I thought 34 degrees and not load the engine in any way, hey , I appreciate your feedback. Does e85 color the plugs like gasoline?
Thanks again.
@@michaelmaher4328 you can drive it around but you'll need to back off the timing to maybe 20 degrees. E85 runs cleaner but you'll still be able to check the plugs, it'll just take more time to get a good pattern. Definately recommend investing in a wideband that reads in Lambda, not AFR
@@NightWrencher I appreciate the heads up
