I think it's a form of hoarding syndrome for sure. I'm currently getting back to Plex and rebuilding my collection of movies, music and *ahem*... gentleman content, and I know most of it isn't going to get watched but the process of creating and sorting all the thumbnails, self written synopsis, organizing, etc. is half the fun. I'm sure this man has a similar euphoric reaction or experience from building his collection and it's all fine and well, it brings him joy and that's what counts.

That first Ninja Turtles movie was so good. I'ma have to watch it tomorrow. Only Turtles Cartoons I liked is the first one in the late 80s Early 90s & there was another one, can't think of the name but it came out in like the early 2000s. Was surprisingly really good.
