Hi having just taken delivery of one of these I would be interested in knowing where you set the C of G to achieve those slow landings as the spec says between 127mm and 157mm?
    Thanks

I have one of these jets and I particularly appreciate how slow you fly yours in this vid. This jet excels in this realm and you demonstrate that very well. Looks so beautiful. KUDOS!

Nice video, with some great flying. Your take-off and landings really show the plane's slow speed and easy-to-handle characteristics off well. Thank you.

Thanks for the praise Ali. As much as we have debated the color scheme, I can't deny that you have designed an exceptional version of the 339.

Thanks :) Not very happy with either of those landings to be honest, but they were ok.

Very nice video and the slow landings are excellent! Can you please tell me which servo did you use for the elevators. Thanks

Excellent flying and very nice landing. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised by this touch and go and another great landing. Bravo!
In a few days I hope that I will finish all the ground tests, taxiing and soon make a maiden with my Hangar 9 MB 339. I hope mine flies as well as yours! Considering such a nice landing, if it's not a secret, where did you put his CG?

One of the best if not the best videos of this model on RUclips.. how do you think this will go on a grass runway? Awesome close circuit flying by the way.

Grass should be fine. Gear maintenance needs will obviously reflect the quality of the runway, so smooth grass should be no issue at all - potato field might be 😂
      Thanks 😊

how long before the film bubbles and peels from the edges? way overpriced like most things from this manufacturer

Have no idea! It has been flying since summer and is still looking god. But then again we live i Norway and there is only one week with sun and warm weather so at least that wont hurt the plane 😂

I'm sure we don't need to have the same discussion again on every single video about this particular model.
I find it fully worth the price, and if it turns out to require some maintenance now and then, so what? All models do...
Get a sun cover, and use a modeling iron to maintain the covering. Not such a bid deal. And certainly no worse than any other wooden model out there.

It's covered in Oracover, there is nothing really better as far as covering goes.

@@TheDornado True. And like any other covering, it will require some intermittent maintenance. But that\s perfectly normal and no drama.
