This foami is still going strong after a few years in service and hundreds off flights. First it was orginal with the 105mm fan and then i put my X-45 in it and now a old jetcat P60se and it works very good with this setup. #rcjets #rcplane #scalemodel #frsky #mb339

Cool!! Just I’m just a but depressing after stalling an 70mm almost new Viper and breaking my F-16 wing after trying to hand launch her with flaps :S Hard lessons I had today :/
@@ficosk8 Oh no 😧 was it a Freewing F-16? Those are easy to get spare parts for. If it is a E-flite or FMS AliXpress has spare parts for it.
@@rcturbinator7855 thank you! Yes FW F-16. But she was already trash ready and I fixed her. Now just the wind spar broke because the bomb holder got into the grass hahaha she is a tank…. The one that got really trash ready was a Viper V2 15th anniversary. I was saving battery flying too slow with the wind. And I had the same error months ago when I started to fly edfs. Maybe I can fix her or buy a new fuselage and wing. But I wasn’t too convinced of her on landings. She does some good bounces and then breaks the fuse. But let’s see. I have a lot of other planes to maiden now 🙈🙈🙈 🤣
At the moment I love this one and crashes her on start today but flat 🤣 She’s a fun one to fly! Mirage 2000

@@rcturbinator7855 you can leave a comment on the video, just for the books :D I have heard a lot of hype around the FlyFly Mirage and now I understand. It’s a really nice airframe also this Freewing. Super light for the power 👌🏼 Without landing gear like mine second hand even lighter :) I have soldered now my first Molicel P45B LiIon pack. 6S has a Bit less of thrust. I’ll try 7 and 8 S also…

Hey Turbi, cool!! I found this one second hand for €130 and many spares :)) She does not sound like she would have the 2957 2210kV inrunner motor, but maybe I’m wrong.. But I’m missing that girl from the cover 🤣

Last Sunday in maidened an old Mirage 80 from FW. It was windy and I had some concerns but I don’t know why I just did it. Probably because the plane was also really cheap and I had practiced a bit with my F-16teens

@@ficosk8 he he he! 😆 these futuras usualy comes with some innsane power setups. My 2m viper jet has a 80n turbine and these 1,9m futuras usualy comes with 130+ turbines! Rockets
@@rcturbinator7855 cool, but it´s another airframe. What is the weight for that? Probably less than 13 kg? I found a Black Horse L-39 with 4,5kg Xicoy (flying weight 5,2kg) I think for €2000. Not bad but I´ll need to fly more Edfs first :P
Can you find out what size motor he is using?
This combo Schübeler DS-86-AXI HDS 120mm equiped with the Tenshock X-501/5,5Y motor generates approx 7.8kg / 115A with 12S and 9.6kg /142A with 14S.

Nice flying, for sure! What size is the turbine? I just maidened mine a couple weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the precision of it in the air. Very clean point rolls with very little effort. I'm really enjoying it so far.

Nå har jeg plukket turbinen av den til fordel for min nye Odyssey, men så fikk jeg egentlig lyst å få den opp igjen, kanskje pusse den opp i Eurofighter-tema aå har jeg en tøff warbird å fly med.
How are you getting 7:30 minutes per flight. We are hitting the UAT with the stock tank at about 5 minutes half throttle flying.

Hey Turbi! Cool Warthog! A club friend bought and is bulding the big Hangar 9 Bronco, but probably electric. They also liked this one which seems to be the plane that took the place of the bronco. I did not like the aspect in the past but slowly I´m beginning to like her. On turbines it´s of course cool. Some details would have been cool. ------- and now 2 hours later after researching a bit on Mibo Modeli and working other stuff... great Jet! and super scale. That are serious scale. The wheelie landing super and that extra landing was just like in slow motion with side winds. Crazy slow !! But wait, I´m now a proud owner of a Freewing Avanti S V2 jet :))) second hand (I also had made a reservation for a new one in the local shop last year but she still isn´t here) but in a pretty good shape. The owner had glued the landing gear again in, I saw afterwards. But it works perfectly. Waiting for maiden and I´ll try some LiIOn cell. I have soledered unbranded 40T as 6S and 4S but they don´t hold too much current (around 40-50 Amps) before they get hot. I´ll check the Molicels...

Sound like a vac. i would take this motor out and build in a FMS 70 mm 1900 kv. Sounds better and has more thrust.

Not my plane but yes he does have the stock landing gear and brakes. But he did hafto troubleshot a lot to get it ok. I flatspoted mine right away and have now changed the wheels and brakes to another brand

@@cjoster Thanks! Yeah the brakes sucks. I have allredy changed dem. They where ruined after 15 flights. Maybee i will change them for JP later on. The aircraft flyes amazing. To bad they didnt finish an amazing product with better brakes
@@rcturbinator7855there are three of us at my little flying field in Az that purchased this jet. All three of us are having gear issues and we haven’t even done a maiden flight yet.

Those Tomahawk giant scale models here from Germany are another level. The grade of details and the size are spectacular… The flight and the weather were spectacular as well as the filming! Take off takes some runway and looked from that perspective slow. Landing was totally awesome, super smooth 👍🏼 Thanks for sharing Turbinator!
