@@jacquelinefox4492 I was 14 almost 15 back in 1992 when I saw a watered down version of this movie, as I was in my late 20s early 30s I saw the extended cut of Soldier Blue but I found that the original cut was only shown once before the film's official release date & it almost caused a riot, So the movie was trimmed down from 135 minutes to 115 minutes & still to this day we've not gotten the full uncensored version
Unfortunately the massacre shown in this movie actually took place in November 1864 against a peaceful tribe of southern Cheyennes. In several countries the movie was prohibited.

never understood, why they did not put that version on a 45 at least. The official release is kind of too arranged, still good tho. Thie one is .......or is there a 45 as a Movie outtake?

My main memories of seeing this movie at the cinema when it first came out was the distaste it left in my mouth but also Buffy's emotive title song.
