- You might be familiar with the 1950 noir film titled "Sunset Boulevard" or stylized as "SUNSET BLVD" in the movie. Well this is the street that the movie its named after! Although Sunset Boulevard runs through a much longer stretch of Los Angeles, the 1.5 mile stretch between Marmont Lane in Holloywood/West Hollywood and Phillis St. in Beverly Hills is known as the Sunset Strip. This section of the street is bustling with legendary landmarks like the Chateau Marmont hotel, the Whisky a Go Go concert venue, the Comedy Store stage, and massive, vibrant billboards advertising the next big blockbuster. Also not to mention it's the location of the Oppenheim Group office where stars of Selling Sunset work! The vibe is completely different in the evening so maybe one day I'll do a nighttime walk of the area. Hope you enjoy this walk with me! :)
