- Back again to my local orchid and plant fair at OFE Orchids & Supplies. Every month OFE invited orchid, plant and merchandise fair to nature lovers in the Miami area. Always enjoy your video. I will visit OFE's one day. I am missing the Redlands very much; I raised my family there so whenever you film in the Redlands area I get home sick. I live in Browatd now and don't drive as much as I did in the past. Waiting for my son to come to town to make our annual field trip and OFE is on the list of places to visit.
The Redlands is paradise. Well, except for my neighbor’s dogs. Lol! Yappy bark all day long. 🤦🏻. But other than that it is great down here. So much has changed since my parents first moved here in 89.

I hate barking dogs which is why I only have English Staffordshire Bull terriers, they rarely bark and I love that!
I love all animals but I stick to cats. They rarely make noise. Unless it’s food time. Lol! Cats don’t disturb the peace like dogs do. My neighbors can hear their dog barking all day and it does not phase them at all. And now I have the neighbors on the other side who adopted a super yappy dog. As soon as I walk out to my yard, he begins barking. It’s getting very difficult to do videos in my garden like I used to. 😣

I always enjoy your "Orchid Journeys" ... makes me feel as if I am with you (and Laz and Blanka), and at times, as though I am eavesdropping!! BTW - today, I made my first "Vanda Basket"!! Then I made a smaller one!! I'm on a roll ... Before that, i made a few mounts, using the coconut boats - vertical. Now waiting for the orchids (Dendrobiums, Cattleyas) to establish themselves.
