Butter - 100gms
gelatine powder - 2 tsp
Ice water - 2 tbs
panner - 200gms
Milkmaid - 1 tin
Fresh cream - 200 gms

I made this easy cheesecake and it tasted amazing! My reaction after tasting was same like you in the video. I just put 3/4th cup of milkmaid because I don't like my dessert to be too sweet. A small tip for those who wants to make it, strain the cheesecake mix before you pour it into the cake tin. Honestly, i like this recipe more than the normal cheesecake. Adipwli anuu!

ma'am, i tried the recipe, i turned out to be good desert , it has simlar texture to chesse cake and also feel, but it did nt taste like real cheese cake , but it is good desert which we can serve in different ocassions , thankyou for the recipe
