That full floor bedroom suite is the dream. The bedroom layout is a bit limiting but the other amenities trump that. That steam and sauna are amazing, life in lockdown made me appreciate that. Also, two car parking and elevator?! 😍
@@christhomasen7407 they used to do these amazing Harlem brownstone tours mostly of buildings below 124th just near this, and I can tell you the early buyers who bought when Harlem was cheap, used every penny of savings to renovate most of these into dream homes.
I walked past your house everyday last year and 2019 and as a Harlem girl I always told myself I wanted to live there. I moved to Cali, and it’s wild google brought this video to my timeline today. Thank you for sharing. This is my motivation. 💗🥺
Omg, I remember laughing when the lottery started...... like , who would even do that, I even remember saying , they should make it 25 cents, 😭😭😭😭😭 omg
Wow... I remember working on this project back in 2014... the place looked like an abandoned property and it was filled with street cats and their waste! Now the place is flipped into a beautiful home! Randomly seeing this on RUclips brings back good memories:D
Wow !! Congrats to you 🤗 hard to believe from rags to riches. Well done. Hope those cats found a new place and wete not killed 😐🐈 (i'm a cat lover) regards from Lima Peru
June of 1994 this fabulous home sold for $35,000.00 In September of 2004 for $520,000.00 Finally in October of 2013 for $2,050,000.00 Whoever did the renovation did a fantastic job!
I'm sure this could sell for 5 million now, the parking and pool, and sauna, take it over the edge. Whoever bought it and renovated it was very smart !
I WALK PAST THAT BROWNSTONE MY WHOLE LIFE PAST AND PRESENT I EVEN WITNESS THE CONSTRUCTION I MOVE FROM HARLEM 13 YEARS AGO I STILL WALK PASS IT ON MY WAY TO THE METRO NORTH ALWAYS WONDERED WHAT THE INSIDE LOOK LIKE AMAZING 👏🏿
I used to work right across the street for the parks department in Marcus Garvey park about 10 years ago must of past bye that place a hundred times but I had no idea what was going on inside or what I was looking at incredible the place is beautiful
Growing up on 122nd Street & Lexington from the 80's I played baseball & basketball in what used to called Mt. Morris Park now formally known as Marcus Garvey Park. I watched a lot of or most of these buildings rot and/or burned out, dysfunctional means of drugs & poverty, violence & mass incarceration. it's a good to see them restored & upgraded. The sad part is if we had only invested in them earlier we'd be basking in wealth.
To have a 2 car garage and an elevator is huge in Harlem. I absolutely love the bathroom suites and closet space, and the rooftop area with the sink, refrigerator and half bath. If you have guests over they would never have to be in your main home. Great floor plan.
A quintessential Harlem townhouse on a corner across from Marcus Garvey Park, with two private terraces, beautiful hardwood floors and period details on the staircase, loads of light, 4 bedroom suites, a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, a two car garage..and I had the nerve to say out loud: "that kitchen is really small"..LOL! Don't mind me...this place is perfection!
Yowzer...yowzer....😍😍😍😍. A family could live there and not bump into one another for a week. Good thing they put in an elevator cause no one wants to spend millions for a 4 story walk up.
This is simply gorgeous. Everything about the house, the windows, the lighting and that incredible view is wonderful. I loved every little detail but I love my kitchens to be spacious. Definitely !
I'm a fool for arch fireplace funky vibe bay window kitchen window washer dryer connect alt access outside private garage parking amazing storage and closet accents fantastic urban views indoor amenities great outdoor space ideal summer home option...many thanks channel
Great that its on a corner. I would have much rather had a pantry instead of the elevator. Not really fond of layout. But I love 2 posts and a freaking pool and 2 car garage...IN THE CITY !?!
You wouldn't want an elevator??? There were like 7 floors in this house!! You can always make a space into a pantry, but you can't add in an elevator and this place definitely needed one.
I have passed this place many times and wondered about that driveway. When someone chooses color like that for a driveway you k own the inside has attention to detail.
@Cire Soprano that looking old on the inside is what makes them valuable bro ..u have brown stones in bk the bronx and harlem and they all have that same quality build ..my sister and my aunt own brown stones in harlem and the craftsmanship is unbelievable compare to how they built homes today in nyc... owning a brown stone on convent avenue is a blessing ..
I walk past this pl often it immediately caught my eyes now im not surprised why it caught my eye i just knew it had to be xtra amazing 😻 so perfect 👌 ❗😍
This is spectacular! I mean, wow, a garage and a pool in the middle of NYC? All to yourself? That huge open parlor level to the kitchen and that full-floor bedroom suite is incredible. Where do I sign up?
I can kick myself too for not getting one back in the 70's during that migration from Long Island period. Brownstone's were selling from $1 - $500 listed in the Daily News no less. However, thats a lot of House.💕
I walk by this house all the time on my way to the park .....so lovely to see the inside ...now I wish I could afford it ... Hahahahaha!!! Thank you ....just gorgeous💞

Cant believe thats Harlem
I'd never leave the place! Gorgeous!

You said it! I've passed that brownstone so many times and would have never imagined that was such a gem. An amazing home.

Why didn’t my Parents buy those Brownstones when they were a dollar?! 🤦🏾♀️
You think it looked like that when it was a dollar? Lol
When were they a dollar?
I second that 🎯💯
Said the same thing myself... 🤦🏽♂️
Omg, I remember laughing when the lottery started...... like , who would even do that, I even remember saying , they should make it 25 cents, 😭😭😭😭😭 omg

Same!
Wish I could afford 1....beautiful

Wow!!!!!

For real...I slept on when the city was selling them for a dollar... but my uncle still has 2 that's been in the family since the 1940s..
There are many terrible looking buildings in Detroit that need help🤷♀️
I picture the Harlem Renaissance & my people living there best life🥰🥰
The indoor pool threw me!! As soon as I win the lotto, I want it!!!LOL
This is a 10 million dollar home
Me too!
My building looks like that from the outside, but it sure as hell doesn’t look like that on the inside lol
Haha I said the same
😭😭SAME
Right lololol this is awesome
Lol
🤣🤣🤣
This house is increíble! Two car garage, pool, sauna and elevator!!! Wow
If I continue praying, being kind to my fellow men doing good deed's.
GOD Will have a place like this in heaven for me.
Amen!
Amen✝️
now that is how you live in NYC.
That's how you live in Harlem!
I just knew that Pool was on the roof... Definitely a surprise in the Basement
Rooftop with a kitchen & bar
This is THE DREAM 🤩😭😢🥺😩😤
This home is perfect in every way. My favorite part is the 2-car attached garage. That’s so rare in nyc
This is gorgeous although I'd need the hallways and walkways to be wider as I'm too claustrophobic just seeing them now lol.
O m g. Watching this took my blues away. Fantastic. Those brick archways in the cellar by the pool...lawdy!
Watching this gave me the blues!! I want this house lol
They didn't leave nothing out!! A beautiful place.
Born in raised in the same neighborhood in the late 60s early 70s.Big improvement
It's like a apartment building but for one lmao!! Its stunning.
What an amazing DREAM HOME for city living - lockdown is a dream in this place!

Most perfect house EVER!

So true but as a native New Yorker I’d probably get too impatient and run to whatever floor I needed ESPECIALLY if it’s down and not up 🤣
Amazing,I Never knew and always wondered why they cost so much and now I know...freakin Awsome
Good Lord the whole famn damily could live there! Veerrry nice!
There was a time that they were $1. There was a big headline in the paper late 7 0s early 80s I was still in grade school
I grew up on 122nd and lex. 1990 🤣🤣 would have never believed this could be in the area !!
This place just goes on and on and on! Nicely done... although i think i would need more hidden storage.
Absolutely beautiful home. The cellar took my breath away, I'm a cooker so i would have love to seen a big kitchen
This is simply gorgeous. Everything about the house, the windows, the lighting and that incredible view is wonderful. I loved every little detail but I love my kitchens to be spacious. Definitely !
This would be perfect as a living and work space. Now, as people work from home and post-pandemic.
I would get lost!! Lost track of how many rooms there are! Wow! Beautiful and amazing!
That is one of the most fantastic places I have ever seen in NYC!
What a beautiful home. I can't wait to live here!!!!
I would love this rental for the summer and let my boys experience Harlem NYC
I'm a fool for arch fireplace funky vibe bay window kitchen window washer dryer connect alt access outside private garage parking amazing storage and closet accents fantastic urban views indoor amenities great outdoor space ideal summer home option...many thanks channel
Absolutely beautiful
I love RUclips for content like this
Pass this building almost everyday. WOW!!! Great architecture...
Very nice house, everything a family has need of. Loved the rooftop terraces, on both levels!
Great that its on a corner. I would have much rather had a pantry instead of the elevator. Not really fond of layout. But I love 2 posts and a freaking pool and 2 car garage...IN THE CITY !?!

I immediately fell in love with the stove and the beautiful floors.
So this is what it looks like in them brownstones 😩🤦♀️😍😍..
THIS one is an end unit so has lots of windows bringing in natural light. Most brownstones are stygian.
Man oh man. How valuable is it to have off-street parking in NYC.
One of the more impressive units I have seen in this city.
2 car garage in NYC?! Im sold!
I just had to see where they put the pool...very cool.
Literally my dream home. Just wow
Ah wow that amenities pool level is to die for.

That house is pretty big. Lots of room. The design/ layout of the house is unique.
This is spectacular! I mean, wow, a garage and a pool in the middle of NYC? All to yourself? That huge open parlor level to the kitchen and that full-floor bedroom suite is incredible. Where do I sign up?
This is amazing! My dream house!
This townhouse reminds me of the one in the Blackstreet video, “Before I let you go.”
The views are excellent
Very nice but too large for lil ole me, I’m happy with one of those really nice tiny homes

Wow the amazing place thx for sharing
To average people this looks amazing !!
I've rewatched this vid so many times.
Rental price is $15,000/ month. Thats actually less than I thought.
That's incredible! I'm paying 3k in Brooklyn for a 3/1 and honestly the 3rd bedroom is a junior bedroom.
How do you guys have enough money to pay such high rent prices? What do you do for a living?
That's alot of townhome. Tight but lovely. Not surprising it cost that much. I thought it would have cost more.
This is stunning 😍
Thank you!! 😊
This is just beyond amazing 😍✨
