Imagine cooking and having that view. Even at night, looking at the lights. Love it. I may have tucked away the bathroom in hallway somehow though. That's a rather embarrassing place go when you have people around. LOL

Thought the same. Private elevator is a big plus for me too.
I had to smile a bit after you pointed out that guests can use the toilet without having to go into the private bedrooms, but shortly after that you show the terrace and I can't get my guests onto the terrace without going through a bedroom. This means that the great advantage of the toilet from the beginning has evaporated directly. :D
But beside of that: a very lovely appartement :)

Never lived in a penthouse and very curious, how does a private elevator work? Isn’t it unsafe? Or do you have a special code to enter? Do you have other people join you in the elevator?
Great question! Elevator is programmed for 1 ride only and only programmed per key fob

Toilet next to dining room? And just one door seperating the toilet from dining room? At least make a little hallway before u enter the toilet, so there are 2 doors as a barrier.....

What a STUNNING unit but OMG that kitchen has NO STORAGE! Great to have German appliances with 3 ovens but no place for food or pots and pans? Is the kitchen really just for show? Are NYC kitchens all like that?
