- This is by far the biggest Fish I have ever seen in Japan. This fish swims at the NND Farm and is more than 1 meter in size. She is so huge that she will be shipped in a custom box one day. We also visit different farms that did their annual harvest.

After getting divorced, I stopped with the hobby now for like 4 years, but I have raised a Yamamatsu Sanke in Holland from 89 cm to 105 cm within 3 years. The fish was a yonsai when it arrived here. Witness to that is Edo Koi Holland.

How to identify a male koi to a female koi?
Checking their fins, if they feel like sandpaper it’s a male. But you can also recognize a male koi by stronger colors and most of the time they are smaller in size
