Stalked by something in the woods

- I was looking forward to a peaceful hammock camp near the south coast until darkness fell. Something was walking (on two legs) close around my hammock but each time I checked there was nothing there. I know I wasn't imagining it as I got it on audio but I still do not know what was stalking my camp.

Watch a clip how deer and badger walk in the dark, especially old males , they follow foot , there back foot will go where front foot has been with one crack of bracken not four cracks from each hoof , there coming to the glow of the lamp ,make a down light in white not orange , moon light not sun rise , light , and purchase a nice woodland machete, I line rig two foot high around camp with camera and rod alarm beep if line is bent 👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Trie but why was there nothing there when I checked? Normally when I get a dear comr near me, if I move it startles and bolts. This just didn't make a noise but wasn't there either. 🤷🏼♂️
I wouldn’t worry too much. The woods were probably just haunted. 😲

I should imagine a lot has happened in some of these ancient woodlands over the course of history. Wouldn't be surprised if there's some residual energy/spiritual presence around at times.

I camped beside a trail and at 10pm at night a group of 100 ultra runners started passing with just headlamps and a bottle of water, gotta watch out for those ultra runners!!
I had similar with mtb. Hidden away in what I though was the middle of nowhere, pitch black then a dozen mtbs fly right by me with their headtorches on 😂

From 8:24 just above the bush there appears to be eyeshine? scan through it slowly and it appears to look away briefly, very strange but on the plus side it (if it's close anyway) doesn't appear to be too large 🙂

My comment is long but no matter how many times to retype it comes out about the same amount of lines. Most people will skip over it , more than 2 lines . Others will read it & think hard about it , while others will have a good laugh .
Had the same thing last Sunday night. Second hammock camp. Sounded like one or more two legged somethings striding through the leaves in the dark getting closer and closer to the point I saw a black shape move between the trees. Switch on the head lamp and although I couldn't see anything there was the sound of scattering deer. I was camped on a deer path. Yours did sound a bit more like a person but similar. I would have got out of there.
I would have loved to have found out it was deer. The fact I couldn't find anything made it that bit worse. Kept saying to myself it must have been am animal of some kind. Just to keep sane.

I worked on a American summer camp in 2009. We would take kids on multi day trips hiking or canoeing. There was a guy from Glasgow working there too he took a group hiking into the woods and heard something trying to get into his tent. He punched whatever it was and then thought it wasn't such a wise idea as it could have been a black bear...but still then decided to open the tent and have a look.....it was a skunk 😂🦨

Sounds like a gnome of some sort. I've seen one over here in ireland, no idea if theres much difference between them and leprechauns. I suspect same species, named differently by different cultures.
You say down in the comments it would be nice to see something, which seems to be a nice attitude difference between that and the other video I commented on. Gotta say well done on that, most ppl keep their minds closed despite evidence and experience higher dimensional activity.
But, you won't SEE anything for a long time yet, like bigfoot they are essentially invisible to your normal range of vision at their will, and it's like ufos and ets, contact is made very slowly over long periods. They have learned to be very cautious around humans over the eons in general but even more so since corporations began destroying their homes and forests.
If you want contact, theres a few ways of going about it. For you, I suggest trade.
Leave out two bowls, offer something in one bowl, leave the other bowl empty. Not sure what gnomes like, the one I saw was 3-4 foot standing, they dress very much like farmers, and footwear may or may not be a hobby of theirs. But they still disguise themselves well from those who can see into the next dimensions, which I can sometimes but the one I saw, was still hard to spot initially.
Anyhow., faeries love sweets, buns, and that kind of thing. Gnomes may also have similar tastes, but don't go for corporation made foods, get something from a real baker.
Once you establish contact, make it known that you respect their space, do not offer them your name, yet. Keep that for a while, and don't ask for theirs, but if they offer it freely consider that to be a very big gesture of trust.
If you would be new to meditation and can't access higher levels of consciousness yet, then this type of exchange system would likely go on for the foreseeable, telepathy takes time, but thats how they will speak. You can listen in meditation for them. or talk to them normally once you feel them, and you will feel them quite strongly after a while when they aren't cloaking their energy signature. Depending on what your speciality range of abilities might be, they could send you images, make you hear tones or you might see shadows of lights and rainbows...

I was hammock camping in the woods last night. Only thing I heard was muntjac barking. Years ago I accidentally set my hammock up on a deer trail and had roe deer creeping up and then running past all night. Scared me half to death 😂
Yeah may have been the same. Just never saw anything or heard it run off. That's what freaked me out.

I would suggest fading in the walking sample, unless you want people to believe that the footsteps just teleported to your vicinity. Also, the footstep sound being much louder than your voice is a bit suspicious. May want to consider that next time.

I camped up on the moor last night, set a game cam up to see what hangs around the camp. I haven't checked it yet, but I seem to attract foxes so here's hoping.

@@NoviceWildCamper I got the cheapest one I could find that filmed in 1080 and had reasonable MP photo ability. TC11 Digital Wildlife Cam. It's very small and light and I'm not too worried if it breaks while carrying it...just hope it works now, lol

Possibly. Problem is its nowhere near me plus it need to get some infra red trail cams. Might be worth a purchase anyway for future camps. We'll see 👍
