What would you destroy with the Unimog?
Nothing
my bank account
a Prius
Even if a meteorite fell on it, just lock the diffs, low range, let it crawl from underneath it. But you know make sure the voltage is enough before. Just in case you know

I like old barns. Too bad this one had to go.
Now this is a unique kind of video, nice to see a little change up on the usual video style
THIS is the content I need in my life, good stuff Tedward.
Definitely not the video I was expecting but I enjoyed it!
can do! but at least now instead of a story about tearing down a building with a Unimog, I showed it start to finish lol
The content we never knew we needed!
This reminds me of a time when I saw a 50s Unimog at the shopping centre in army green. Felt as if I could drive under it!
What an incredible video! So well shot. Love all the camera angles. This is just too good, holy crap!!!!
Thank you!!!
Quick! Calculate the tension in every one of the cables given the applied force of the Unimog.
"knowing that the coeficient of friction between the unimog's tires and the grass is 0.5 and its weight, calculate if it can bring down a shed with the following method and characteristics: ..."
Tedward SMASH
The first time I saw a Unimog in the US was at an RV campsite near Lake Tahoe. It was a full on mobile home, really impressive. I wish someone had been there (they must’ve been hiking) because I wanted to see the interior. I don’t think I’d want to drive something that large and wide on the secondary and rural back roads we have here in Connecticut.
ive seen a u500 camper in connecticut haha
Dude this channel is so badass haha. Happy to he subscribed, thank you for sharing your endeavours.
Love seeing the Unimog put to action. In Prague (cz) where I am from Unimogs are used by the Prague services, and now I can see why.
Comment from germany
What a beast of a truck, hopefully I get the opportunity to drive one someday!
Definitely a save choice to put tension on a massive steal beam by pulling it in your direction, without knowing when the shed lets go and all the tension might be released all of a sudden.
No way this is flying in your direction then.
Everything fine as long as nothing happened in the end, i guess :D
I'm a realtor and I have this car channel of mine. Cars and real estate is all I do. This video hit both sides of the spectrum for me. I love it!!
I see you on a large majority of car videos I watch. We have very similar interests it seems haha
You need a Unimog, mobile home. 😂
It's nice to see this vehicle has some use besides appearing in RUclips videos.
this is content right here
I saw an International XT the other day, what a beautiful machine, is for the man that already has 2 Hummer's H1 and now needs something big.
Wow, I've never been so early to one of videos. Just wanted to tell you that I love yhis channel it's than just another pov channel
More Unimog content! Can't wait to see days where we crush some Tesla's with these everlasting monstrosities.
*Jeremy Clarkson Voice* "POWWWWAAAAHHHHH!!"
Great video! A bit disappointed you didn’t just drive straight through it though 😂😉
There was a basement :(. Would have fallen in hhaa
Superb content, love it man
The building was pretty strong
for real....none of us were expecting it to put up such a fight
Putting it to the use like it’s supposed to be used, nice 👍
This summer: 60 Patreons vs Unimog tug of war.
I’ll ask my lawyer to draft the liability waivers 😂
You should really try to get your hands on a stock Acura TL type S if you haven’t already. I’m interested to see what you’d have to say about it compared to cars like your civic Si.
Wow the vehicle designed to be the ultimate work truck/tractor is a really good work truck/tractor, who would have thought that it can do actual work and not just be a toy/party vehicle.
The Unimog seems like what Americans will be buying in 2035 with the current trend of everything going lifted.
Fuck yeah turn this channel into Top Gear!
Mercedes Legendary Truck
Little by Little, the barn is coming apart.
Okay Tedward, i've got a plan. Find a barn with some land, build a garage beneath and a flat/house above, fantastic.
LETSS GOOO UNIMOG VIDEO!!!
that was amazing!
my inner 5 year old loves this
Woooooh that was nice🤣🔥
I believe the wire should be hooked close to the roof to collapse the barn.
I guess driving the Unimog through the barn makes the job easier
If there wasn’t a basement to get stuck in! Haha we considered it
Respect the carnage! #moglife
And now I want a Unimog.
Tedward, you can ask Penske, Ryder, Budget, etc. for a non-CDL truck
Why is this unimog with a missing/broken badge on the steering wheel seem like the only unimog in the us lol?
Looking at the fuel tank, this Unimog probably was one of the Freightliner Unimog, how they were sold directly in America, and not an actual Mercedes-branded imported one. Probably the Freightliner badge wasn't looking as cool as a Mercedes one and, as there are no other Mercedes trucks in the US which use the same steering wheel badge, it would probably cost a bit more than just five dollars to import a proper one.
So there is nothing more reasonable to do than just leaving it missing. :P
@@Unimog1600 it had half of the badge in place in one of the earlier videos
@@SunstormSeeker
You are right. I guess still too expensive to replace. ;)
Here in Germany you probably would be allowed to take it used for free at the wreckers yard. :D
with THIS much effort and ropes you've probably destroyed this building using a regular crossover
Bring yours. Come try it! Would make a great video
@@TedwardDrives you didn’t ask him if he have one🤪
MOGGED
For some reason when I read the thumbnail I imagined it driving through the barn to demolish it… this isn’t bad though lol
we wanted to but there was a basement of the barn so we'd fall in haha
@@TedwardDrives get the excavator attachment and wack down
Better to have fun tearing it down with a Unimog, mentally reverting to your childhood self playing with old metal Tonka trucks, than to leave the rotting barn to potentially rot out and come down in the future while somebody is in it.
RIP that rotten shed lol
she put up a much bigger fight than anyone ever imagined lol
@@TedwardDrives Definitely, like how old was that thing? Must have been at least 60 years old.
@@TedwardDrivesyou need some sticks dynamite. 💥
cool
last time the badge on the wheelwas almost gone now it's juste the void
wild
i want one so bad lmao
Wow🙃
Isn’t this the same Unimog DougDemuro reviewed??
Yes
@@TedwardDrives So did you buy it off “Cars And Bids” then?
@@MrSmith-bs7gy nope. my friend bought it a while back. I made a video on it. Then Doug made a video.
@@TedwardDrives Oh right ok. Must feel special to have Doug review your car though
Just run it with a tank
Very ugly truck but powerful!
