Welcome to a world of acorn eating possibilities! I also have a book on Amazon (Eating Acorns) that clearly describes everything you need to get acorns in your daily life!

Great video again Marcie. It would be nice if you could add sybtitles in English so we non-native Enlish speakers understand better!

Thanks for the feedback. I have enabled subtitles on YT. You may need to refresh your browser to get rid of any old version.

Good morning! I like the bio section at MyMarket. They usually have a skinless version which is much easier and they soften up in water much faster.

What's the price of the acorns per kilo ?
And does it has special benefits for people who have or had cancer treatment?

Acorns are good for general health, they are rich in anti-oxidants, magnesium and potassium. The acorns that have been cold-processed into flour are €16 per 500g. A little goes a long way because it has such a rich flavour and aroma. You can see more here: www.oakmeal.com/shop
