    Ooooh, you are an angel! 🤗❣️ Just yesterday I found a scrap of wool blend at the second hand and I want to turn it into a capelet, maybe even with a hood, if the fabric amount allows it. Because I'm still new to sewing something completely from scratch, its great that I now have a pattern! Thank you for that! 💝

    *For those having trouble downloading* I have a MacBook so I'm not sure if this will work for other computer brands but if you click on the link in the description box it will take you to the pattern. From there you can click and drag the pictures of the pattern down to the task bar and put them in the box that says "Downloads" when you hover over it. It then should be downloaded and you can click on "Downloads" and it should be there. If you have any questions or something doesn't make sense just let me know! And Kirilee thank you so much for this awesome pattern!!

    I love this tutorial, but what I don't understand very well is the part where is said "make sure the sides are longer to whip stitch te trim", what do you mean exactly by having longer sides? Thanks in advance!! :)

    • @KirileeCosplay
      @KirileeCosplay  4 года назад +1

      I mean having some extra length past the end of the seam so that you can whip stitch the end into the other fur trim

    I'd love to make this! How could I modify the pattern to make the hood a little less dramatic, so I can wear it everyday? What would I change?

    • @KirileeCosplay
      @KirileeCosplay  4 года назад +1

      Just take some of the width of the hood away from where it connects to the neck :)

    I am struggling to print this on Letter size paper. It always resizes it to be smaller. Do you have a recommendation. I really love the look of this pattern. .n.

    • @KirileeCosplay

      Make sure your printer is set to the scale of 100%. Some printers (including mine) resize images down a bit to fit what it automatically thinks will be better.

    I’m a traditional catholic that wears head coverings to mass, usually that means a veil, but I’d love to make one of these with like satin and lace for church, that’d be so pretty

    What type of fabric did you use? Is there anything that wouldn't work well?

    • @KirileeCosplay
      @KirileeCosplay  4 года назад +1

      The red one is a velvet and the black one is a brocade. Basically anything that doesn’t have a stretch and isn’t too flimsy will work well in holding its shape
