    Hey bro, I got this similar kit for my Audi A4 B7 series. How much of a pain was it to reinstall the pcv hose to that one tube on the adapter plate? There’s two o-rings on the PCV hose fitting and the small diameter of the adapter plate tube made it an absolute pain in the ass to get on, no matter which way i tried getting it on, there was no escaping pinching those o-rings and now I’m looking at a replacement hose. Even with the pinched o-rings it’s running pretty sweet but i wanted your input on getting that one hose back on. Thansk

    5:55 Pretty sure your hoses are backwards, 2x 45 degree return hose should go into catch can port farthest from the headlight going by the ECS manual

    Amazing installation video brother. Quick question for you. Did you have to move or flip any of the vacuum lines. We’re they in your way?

    I know which line is in and out on my catch can but which line is in and out on the plate I'm asking passenger side or driver side

      @@MiniMashx nope. i think his car dont have a charcoal canister as it is only required in some country because of emission law. For how to delete it, i had seen people bypass the pipe straight to the output., but i m not sure the details. sold my Golf R months ago, so dont really care about this any more

    can't you just run a can from the hose at the 3.44 min mark? I am on a budget and would like to do this cheap. thanks

      dann hienn but the main heart of a catch can system is the baffle system inside to filter and separate Gunk and fumes... how would you recreate this?

      @@ALLTHINGSCINEMA24 why not start at the hose from the crankcase ? t into it and not have to spend for this kit.? the rest can be left stock.

    Someone answer this question please! Why is it that the return line from the catch can goes back to the rocketcover? Shouldn't it go back to the inlet manifold??

    • @ALLTHINGSCINEMA24
      @ALLTHINGSCINEMA24  5 лет назад

      Adam Othman to my understanding so it can be BURNED.. going through the manifold will just add carbon build up like the factory setup does.. it’s FSI so won’t burn and would delete the purpose of the RECIRCULATING CATCH CAN product..
      This is my sensible take on it

      @@ALLTHINGSCINEMA24 why not start with the hose supplying the original system with the crank case fumes to the can and then back to where the hose connected to the system? why not do this and use the old system. just splice that crankcase hose and run it to the can?
