Mogami is such an underrated character, he was way more interesting than claw's boss tbh. In the sense that Mob could actually turn out like him, even after the end of the series.
Mogami is the what if you lose the people that supports you. But the boss is the what if you reject those people. A character that spits on nakama power is actually a great enemy for mob who just faced mogami and learned about nakama power.
Reigen is the absolute GOAT. It's honestly sometimes overlooked how smart and competent Reigen actually is. The way he pyschologically broke down the situation with the little girl was insane. No powers whatsoever and was still the only one in the room to figure it out.
Enter Mogami Keiji. This one is an interesting character. Fyi same voice actor as Gaara. One of my favorite & talented seiyuu. I respect him so much & he played some great roles

I disagree about claw's boss, the fact he learns from Mob at the end of S2 and later gets redemption is amazing
