- Skillet LIVE! "Angels Fall Down" from Alien Youth Tour 2001.
This one's for all the panheads out there begging for more clips from the concert, about 3 weeks after the CD release, and 11 days after 9/11. Skillet was great live!

That was Korey's golden age when she sang a lot on tours. I like Johns voice too there is something very sincere spirited in it. Up till today I still feel this song gives the most powerful live performance.
john and korey,you sound amazing
This is the most glory to God that I've seen anyone give in a live performance, and truly outstanding performance too might I add. I seriously was tearing up through pretty much the whole song.
Such a beautiful song with intense emotion. God is working in this band, you can feel him in it.
its amazing that they still have that same burning passion today.
aweosme
I love this worship song:D
That's why I LOVE them!
This is amazing. John Cooper isn't in this band for the money or the fame, hes in it to spread the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through music. May God be with all of you :)
I absolutely LOVE Skillet. I was recently honored to see them in concert and they were so amazing. I'd love to see them again someday. They are so talented and just all around awesome people.
Yes it is!! I love it when they begin to shout out to God it's awesome!! it's like a war cry!!
Jesus you are awesome!
I love you, I want to love you more, I want to live my whole life for you!
You are good all the time, you are sitting in the highest throne yet you still dwell right here with me...
I played this song fifty times a day after I was saved.
Goosebumps never stops! I feel God in this
Definitely their best worship song
the best part was the solo, but also i love the worship that John gave to the Lord and Jesus
wow he looks so young....
Thanks
when korey starts singing at 6:36 I always start crying she is amazing
AAAAAAAAAAAAAH LOVE YOU JESUS
i am pretty sure thats Ben Kasica, he joined the band sometime during 2001
My soul thirsts for God, for the Living God, not some religious concepts.
I really need to reencounter the joy of the Lord's presence, for I am loosing it to temptations and the numbness of the church.
New and Old - Skillet always rocks!! (no matter who's behind John Cooper)
i like this song
old skillet...mostly because I miss being able to see them in a small setting, but also I think what they were doing then was so unique, now they kind of sound like everyone else
Yeah i agree
Wow I thought this song was great. Which it still is, but that performance was insane, John's almost right up their with Justin from Blue October. I can't wait to see them live in august, it's going to be a spiritual and an overall amazing night.
recently I saw them in concert. It was an awesome show, I was hoping for them to play a worship song; they didnt but you it was still cool.
Lori Peters did amazing things for skillet... i can't wait to hear Jen Ledger's first recordings next year!!!
i totally agree! i dont have any of the albums before collide though:(
It's funny when he says "When you worship God, there's nowhere to hide", I swear for no visible reason at all I start to laugh, it's really weird and it's really a comforting feeling.
yeah, I thought the bass drum looked like flames flickering (in slo mo at 5:30 minutes, then later at 7:15, it was reflection from the lighting). I also like the sweat dripping off Ben's nose at 4:35 during the slow guitar.
3:55 BEN! 10 years apart of the band, he'll be missed... BUT, Seth Morrison seems like he's a good replacement.
I have to admit, I just started getting into their music a few months ago. Im a newbie fan. Skillet is Skillet, Ive enjoyed all their different types of songs.
How about you?
John here how many years?
Jesus bless *-*
New Skillet or Old Skillet - and why?
yeah, that's ben
Jen
dude that girl can hit the crapa out them drums lol!
how'd he mess his voice up
Is Jen or Lori the new drummer?
hmm. i dissagree
their sound is still very unique..
but yeah. old and new. both amazing xD
@jessicasimpsonguy Screaming is only as bad as the method you use. If you don't know the proper way to scream, it will hinder your range. John doesn't scream that much, but I can tell that when he does it is a top of the lung scream. He's still a really good singer IMO.
@MultiNatester Don't want to feed the trolls, but honestly what the heck do finches have to do with anything? Have you actually read Darwin's theory??? Or are you just another person who thinks that evolution and big bang and origin theory are all the same thing? Darwin wasn't against God. He wasn't an atheist, just a scientist. All you've done is made yourself look stupid here. All AtomOnFire did was pray this song would mean something the people who watch it. Nothing wrong with that.
